【摘要】：十八大以來,四化同步作為我國著力建設和發(fā)展的重要方向,對于我國經濟、社會快速發(fā)展具有極為重要的意義。因此,對四化同步背景下縣域經濟的發(fā)展研究具有極強的理論研究意義。縣域經濟作為具有我國特色的區(qū)域經濟體,是我國經濟發(fā)展的基本單元。在發(fā)展上縣域經濟實際上是區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展的主要著力點。同時,在四化同步背景下,縣域經濟作為連接城市、農村經濟的重要橋梁紐帶,實際上也是新型城鎮(zhèn)化、農業(yè)現代化及工業(yè)化發(fā)展的著力點；實際上,隨著城市第三產業(yè)經濟不斷發(fā)展,縣域經濟已經成為工業(yè)發(fā)展的搖籃；而縣域經濟作為農村之首,擔負著農業(yè)生產的重要任務因此也是農業(yè)現代化發(fā)展的載體；與此同時,以小城鎮(zhèn)、縣城為主要載體和發(fā)展方向的新型城鎮(zhèn)化進程,在農民市民化、小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展等方面也離不開縣域經濟的發(fā)展。因此,結合四化同步的背景研究縣域經濟對于我國四化同步發(fā)展,新型工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農業(yè)現代化及信息化各項發(fā)展及以縣城為核心的縣域經濟發(fā)展具有極為重要的作用。 法庫縣作為遼寧省重點發(fā)展的農業(yè)縣,是我國東北重要的陶瓷生產基地,同時也是我國東北航天展的舉辦地,在發(fā)展上法庫地區(qū)以包括設施農業(yè)、特色農業(yè)為主的第一產業(yè),以陶瓷生產、配套加工為主的第二產業(yè)及旅游業(yè)、交通運輸業(yè)為主的第三產業(yè)均在現代縣域經濟發(fā)展中具有重要的代表意義,同時法庫縣域經濟第一二三產業(yè)協(xié)調發(fā)展的經濟增長模式也是我國縣域經濟研究發(fā)展的重要方向。論文試圖通過研究工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化和農業(yè)現代化之間的相互之間的同步協(xié)調關系,根據同步協(xié)調發(fā)展的要求,依據相關理論,探討四化同步對縣域經濟發(fā)展的重要影響,基于此,根據法庫縣縣域經濟的四化同步發(fā)展的現狀,存在問題及原因從整體上來分析縣域經濟發(fā)展的不足,為法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展提供建設性的理論分析和可操作性的對策建議。 全文共分7章： 第1章：導論,主要介紹本文的研究背景、研究目的、意義,國內外研究現狀、研究主要內容及研究技術路線。 第2章：相關概念界定及理論基礎,主要介紹了四化同步的內涵、四化同步的內在關系,并詳細分析、梳理了劉易斯二元經濟結構理論、增長極理論、熊皮特創(chuàng)新理論,闡述了本文應用上述理論的實際作用。 第3章：四化同步背景下法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展的現狀,主要從經濟發(fā)展情況、產業(yè)結構等方面分析了法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展的現狀,并結合四化同步背景和法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展現實情況分析了四化同步背景下法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展的現狀。 第4章：四化同步背景下法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展存在的問題及成因,主要從新型城鎮(zhèn)化帶動能力、產業(yè)結構等方面分析了法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展存在的問題,并結合農民合作社、第三產業(yè)發(fā)展等內在原因分析了問題成因。 第5章：國內外縣域經濟發(fā)展的經驗借鑒及啟示,主要介紹了英國衛(wèi)星城、德國大型企業(yè)以及我國天津華明模式、成都五朵金花發(fā)展模式對四化同步背景下法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展的經驗借鑒及啟示。 第6章：四化協(xié)調背景下法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇及對策建議,主要從發(fā)展目標、原則、思路方面介紹了四化協(xié)調背景下法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇,并結合新型工業(yè)化、信息化、農業(yè)現代化、新型城鎮(zhèn)化等方面論述了四化協(xié)調背景下法庫縣縣域經濟發(fā)展的對策建議。 第7章：結論。

The full text is divided into 7 chapters.
The first chapter: introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research purpose, significance, research status at home and abroad, research main content and research technical route.
The second chapter: the related concepts and theoretical basis, mainly introduces the four modernizations synchronization connotation, relationship between the four modernizations, and detailed analysis, combing Lewis two yuan economic structure theory, growth pole theory, Schumpeter innovation theory, expounds the practical effect of the application of the above theory.
The third chapter: the present situation of Faku County Economic Development under the background of the four modernizations, mainly from the economic development, industrial structure and other aspects of the status quo in Faku County economic development, combined with the four synchronous background and Faku County County Economic Development Situation Analysis of the current situation of Faku County Economic Development under the background of the four modernizations.
