【摘要】：家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要組成形式,它保留了以家庭經(jīng)營(yíng)為內(nèi)核的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn),是符合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展要求,適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,契合當(dāng)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式的的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。近幾年,家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)在山東省得到了積極的發(fā)展,齊魯各地都掀起了發(fā)展家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)、探索建設(shè)新型農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的熱潮。山東省的家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展無(wú)論從農(nóng)場(chǎng)數(shù)量、從業(yè)人員數(shù)量還是影響力上都已成為新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體的主要力量,是農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)的引領(lǐng)者,是發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的火車頭,是農(nóng)民增收的助推器。但山東省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展仍然處于初期階段,難免存在諸如認(rèn)識(shí)不足、管理不規(guī)范、經(jīng)營(yíng)水平低、創(chuàng)新能力缺乏、品牌意識(shí)弱等各類問題,制約了家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)更好、更快、更健康的發(fā)展。因此準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識(shí)山東省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的發(fā)展實(shí)際,探索如何充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)、清醒認(rèn)識(shí)不足、積極改進(jìn)缺陷是山東省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展當(dāng)前重要的課題。本文以山東省17地市的家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)統(tǒng)計(jì)資料為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)實(shí)地走訪結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查的方式對(duì)部分家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)主、農(nóng)業(yè)從業(yè)人員及適齡農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力進(jìn)行了調(diào)研工作。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查問卷的整理總結(jié)分析,獲得了一定的有關(guān)山東省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的動(dòng)機(jī)、效益、模式、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、需求等資料。論文的前半部分是家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的相關(guān)理論概述以及對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的認(rèn)識(shí),借鑒其發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),充分認(rèn)識(shí)到山東省發(fā)展家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)的必要性與可行性。論文的后半部分是結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn),根據(jù)調(diào)查掌握的山東省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)基本情況、基本模式、存在的問題等資料,通過(guò)分析總結(jié)獲得山東省家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)得以發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)、壯大的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及存在的諸多不足。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,本文最后從制度建設(shè)、主體建設(shè)、機(jī)制建設(shè)、模式創(chuàng)新等方面分別提出了相關(guān)政策建議,并提出了家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)PPP模式發(fā)展理論。
[Abstract]:Family farm is an important form of modern agricultural production. It retains the characteristics of agricultural production with family management as its core. It conforms to the requirements of the development of modern society and adapts to the reality of modern agricultural production. In line with the contemporary agricultural production mode of production and management. In recent years, family farms in Shandong Province have been actively developed, Qilu has set off the development of family farms, explore the construction of a new mode of agricultural production and management of the upsurge. The development of family farms in Shandong Province has become the main force of the new type of agricultural management in terms of the number of farms, the number of employees and the influence. It is the leader of the moderate scale management of agriculture and the locomotive of the development of modern agriculture. It is a booster for increasing farmers' income. However, the development of family farms in Shandong Province is still in its initial stage, and it is inevitable that there are various problems, such as insufficient understanding, non-standard management, low management level, lack of innovation ability, weak brand awareness, and so on, which restrict the family farms to be better and faster. A healthier development. Therefore, it is an important task to understand the development reality of family farm in Shandong province accurately, to explore how to give full play to the advantages, to realize the deficiency and to improve the defect actively. Based on the statistical data of family farms in 17 cities of Shandong Province, this paper investigates some family farmers, agricultural employees and rural labor force of appropriate age by field visit and questionnaire survey. Through the summary and analysis of the questionnaire, some information about the motive, benefit, model, risk and demand of family farm development in Shandong Province are obtained. The first part of the paper is a summary of the related theories of family farms and the understanding of the development of family farms at home and abroad, drawing on its development experience, fully understand the necessity and feasibility of the development of family farms in Shandong Province. The second half of the paper is based on the domestic and foreign family farm development experience, according to the investigation of the basic situation of family farms in Shandong Province, basic patterns, existing problems and other information. Through the analysis and summary of Shandong family farm to develop the basis, the strength of the advantages and the existence of a number of shortcomings. According to the research results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of institution construction, main body construction, mechanism construction and model innovation, and puts forward the development theory of family farm PPP model.
