【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),我國(guó)的糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也在不斷的發(fā)生著變化。從改革開(kāi)放以前的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期到改革開(kāi)放以后我國(guó)工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展階段,我國(guó)的糧食消費(fèi)也由以谷物口糧為主的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)逐步向多元化的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)方向變化。糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的變動(dòng),對(duì)我國(guó)的糧食供需平衡造成了較大的影響,使得我國(guó)的糧食安全面臨著新形勢(shì)、新挑戰(zhàn)。分析和探討糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)對(duì)糧食安全的影響,有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文以消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、消費(fèi)者行為理論、需求層次理論等為基礎(chǔ),采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、定性與定量分析、比較分析等方法對(duì)我國(guó)糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)對(duì)糧食安全的影響進(jìn)行了研究。論文共分八部分:第一部分是緒論,主要是研究背景與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法等。第二部分是概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ),界定了糧食、糧食消費(fèi)、糧食安全等概念;闡述了消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、消費(fèi)者行為理論、需求層次理論。第三部分是對(duì)我國(guó)糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)及糧食消費(fèi)品種結(jié)構(gòu)的變化進(jìn)行分析。第四部分是對(duì)國(guó)外的糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,主要以法國(guó)、美國(guó)、日本和韓國(guó)為研究對(duì)象。第五部分是我國(guó)糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)的影響因素。第六部分主要是糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)對(duì)我國(guó)糧食安全的影響。第七部分是著眼于糧食安全提出對(duì)策建議。第八部分是結(jié)論與討論。通過(guò)研究,形成了如下基本認(rèn)識(shí):(1)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)也在不斷變化;(2)糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)的影響因素是多方面的,既有經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展方面的因素,也有居民生活習(xí)慣方面的因素;(3)糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)會(huì)對(duì)糧食供求平衡造成諸多不確定性,給糧食安全帶來(lái)挑戰(zhàn);(4)維護(hù)糧食安全既要充分重視糧食消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)的影響,更重要的是提高糧食生產(chǎn)能力,保障糧食供給。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, China's grain consumption structure has been changing with the economic development of our country. From the planned economy period before the reform and opening to the outside world to the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China after the reform and opening up, the grain consumption in China has gradually changed from the consumption structure dominated by grain rations to the diversified consumption structure. The change of grain consumption structure has a great influence on the balance of grain supply and demand in our country, which makes the food security of our country face new situation and challenge. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and discuss the influence of the change of grain consumption structure on food security. Based on the consumption structure theory, consumer behavior theory and demand hierarchy theory, this paper studies the effect of the change of grain consumption structure on food security in China by the methods of literature analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis and comparative analysis. The paper is divided into eight parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and so on. The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the concept, which defines the concepts of grain, grain consumption, food security, and expounds the consumption structure theory, consumer behavior theory and demand hierarchy theory. The third part is to analyze the change of grain consumption structure and grain consumption variety structure in China. The fourth part analyzes the current situation of grain consumption structure in foreign countries, mainly taking France, the United States, Japan and South Korea as the research objects. The fifth part is the influencing factors of the change of grain consumption structure in China. The sixth part is the influence of the change of grain consumption structure on China's food security. The seventh part is to focus on food security and put forward countermeasures. The eighth part is the conclusion and discussion. Through research, we have formed the following basic understanding: 1) with the development of the economy, the structure of grain consumption is also constantly changing) the factors affecting the change of grain consumption structure are various, and there are already factors in the aspect of economic and social development. There are also factors in people's living habits. 3) changes in the structure of grain consumption will cause many uncertainties to the balance of grain supply and demand, and bring challenges to food security. 4) in order to maintain food security, we should pay full attention to the impact of changes in the structure of food consumption. What is more important is to raise grain production capacity, safeguard grain supply.
