【摘要】：在知識經(jīng)濟時代,無形資產(chǎn)比有形資產(chǎn)具有更大的運營空間。種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)作為種業(yè)企業(yè)的無形資產(chǎn),其資本化運營能夠增加種業(yè)企業(yè)的資金來源,把政府對種業(yè)企業(yè)直接資助轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閹椭髽I(yè)從市場獲得資金,可以更好的促進種業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展,發(fā)揮種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)對種業(yè)行業(yè)發(fā)展的支撐作用。我國種子企業(yè)數(shù)目眾多,規(guī)模小并且競爭激烈,融資難一直是制約種業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營是種業(yè)企業(yè)新的融資路徑。本文從種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)一般理論出發(fā),針對種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營問題進行研究,運用產(chǎn)權(quán)理論、交易成本理論、信息不對稱理論,研究了種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營的方式和種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)價值評估的適用方法,運用SPSS軟件結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查對種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營的影響因素進行因子分析,然后用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進行驗證性分析。最后提出種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營的管理策略。主要觀點如下:(1)種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營基本理論。運用類比研究方法界定種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營相關(guān)概念,包括種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的內(nèi)涵、種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營的內(nèi)涵、特征、意義和困境。(2)種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營方式分析。依據(jù)植種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營實施方式、實施特點的不同劃分三種不同的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營方式,仔細(xì)分析了各種運營方式的詳情、可行流程和優(yōu)缺點。(3)種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)價值評估方法的適用性分析。討論了成本法、市場法、收益法和實物期權(quán)法四種價值評估方法在種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)價值評估中的適用性。認(rèn)為相對于其他價值評估方法,收益法是目前較為實用合理的評估方法。(4)種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營影響因素分析。結(jié)合調(diào)查問卷對種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營影響因素分析影響因素進行因子分析,找出種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營的關(guān)鍵影響因素,并用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進行驗證性分析。(5)種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營管理策略。本章在前文的研究基礎(chǔ)之上提出了種業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)資本化運營方式的選擇策略和相關(guān)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, intangible assets have more operation space than tangible assets. As the intangible assets of seed enterprises, the capitalized operation of seed industry intellectual property rights can increase the funding sources of seed industry enterprises, and transform the government's direct support to seed enterprises into helping enterprises to obtain funds from the market. It can better promote the development of seed industry enterprises, and give play to the supporting role of seed industry intellectual property to the development of seed industry. The number of seed enterprises in China is large, the scale is small and the competition is fierce, and the difficulty of financing has been the bottleneck restricting the development of seed enterprises. The capitalization of seed industry intellectual property rights is a new financing path for seed industry enterprises. Based on the general theory of seed industry intellectual property, this paper studies the capitalization operation of seed industry intellectual property, and applies property right theory, transaction cost theory, information asymmetry theory. This paper studies the mode of capitalized operation of seed industry intellectual property and the applicable method of evaluating the value of seed industry intellectual property rights. The factors influencing the capitalized operation of seed industry intellectual property rights are analyzed by using SPSS software and questionnaire survey. Then the structural equation model is used to verify the analysis. Finally, the management strategy of capitalized operation of seed industry intellectual property rights is put forward. The main point of view is as follows: 1) the basic theory of capitalized operation of seed industry intellectual property. Using the analogy research method to define the related concepts of seed industry intellectual property capitalization operation, including the connotation of seed industry intellectual property rights, the connotation and characteristics of seed industry intellectual property capitalization operation, Meaning and Dilemma. 2) Analysis of the capitalized operation mode of seed industry intellectual property. According to the implementation mode of capitalized operation of IPR in seed industry and the different division of implementing characteristics, three different ways of operation of IPR capitalization are carefully analyzed, and the details of various modes of operation are carefully analyzed. Feasibility process and advantages and disadvantages. 3) the applicability analysis of the evaluation method of seed industry intellectual property value. This paper discusses the applicability of cost method, market method, income method and real option method in the valuation of seed industry intellectual property rights. Compared with other valuation methods, the income method is a more practical and reasonable evaluation method. 4) the factors affecting the capitalization operation of seed industry intellectual property rights are analyzed. Based on the questionnaire, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the capitalization operation of seed industry intellectual property rights, and finds out the key influencing factors of the capitalization operation of seed industry intellectual property rights. The structure equation model is used to verify the strategy of capitalized operation and management of seed industry intellectual property. On the basis of the previous research, this chapter puts forward the choice strategy and relevant safeguard measures of the capitalization operation mode of seed industry intellectual property rights.
