【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是我國的三大支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,作為國家工業(yè)和制造業(yè)發(fā)展的基石,其與民生的關(guān)系最為密切。自改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會快速發(fā)展,居民的生活水平也在逐步提高,因此消費(fèi)者對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的消費(fèi)需求逐漸呈現(xiàn)出多樣化、個性化的發(fā)展趨勢,并且也更加注重農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全。在這樣的大環(huán)境下,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場之間的競爭已不能僅僅只依靠農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的競爭力,更是要憑借農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)勢來獲得勝利。吉林省作為我國的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,農(nóng)業(yè)一直是其支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),并且吉林省也一直將農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的良性可持續(xù)發(fā)展作為政府工作的重中之重。本文在闡述供應(yīng)鏈和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)基本概念的基礎(chǔ)上,以供應(yīng)鏈模式的一體化理論、交易成本理論、市場效率理論和協(xié)同效應(yīng)理論為支撐,首先,選取國外美日兩國和國內(nèi)的山東省、江蘇省為研究對象,分析他們農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模式的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)發(fā)展過程中的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),為優(yōu)化建議對策的提出起到一定的借鑒作用。其次,論述吉林省現(xiàn)行的四種主流農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模式,分析各模式的現(xiàn)狀和具有的優(yōu)勢,及亟待解決的問題。運(yùn)用AHP層次分析法對優(yōu)化前后的吉林省現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模式進(jìn)行績效評價,并結(jié)合吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模式的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,借鑒國內(nèi)外農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模式的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出優(yōu)化后的吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模式,和促進(jìn)吉林省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈模式優(yōu)化的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is one of the three pillar industries in China. As the cornerstone of the development of national industry and manufacturing industry, agriculture has the most close relationship with the people's livelihood. Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic and social development, the standard of living of the residents are also gradually improving, so consumer demand for agricultural products is gradually showing a diversified, personalized development trend. And also pay more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products. In such a big environment, the competition between agricultural markets can not only rely on the competitiveness of agricultural products, but also rely on the advantages of agricultural supply chain to win. As a big agricultural province of our country, agriculture has always been a pillar industry in Jilin Province, and Jilin Province has always regarded the industrialization of agriculture and the benign and sustainable development of supply chain of agricultural products as the most important task of the government. Based on the basic concepts of supply chain and agricultural product supply chain, this paper is supported by the integration theory of supply chain mode, transaction cost theory, market efficiency theory and synergetic effect theory. In this paper, we choose Shandong Province and Shandong Province as the research object, analyze the characteristics of supply chain mode of agricultural products, sum up the successful experience in the development process, and play a certain reference role in optimizing the suggestion countermeasure. Secondly, it discusses the current four main agricultural product supply chain models in Jilin Province, analyzes the current situation and advantages of each model, and the problems to be solved. This paper applies AHP to evaluate the performance of the current agricultural product supply chain model in Jilin province before and after optimization, and combines the present situation and existing problems of the agricultural product supply chain model in Jilin Province, and draws lessons from the successful experience of the agricultural product supply chain model at home and abroad. This paper puts forward the optimized agricultural product supply chain model of Jilin province and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimization of agricultural product supply chain mode in Jilin province.
