【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,它是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。在洛陽市的農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整的過程中,農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)主要負責(zé)市場開發(fā)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、引導(dǎo)和組織基地生產(chǎn)和農(nóng)民的重任,它是聯(lián)結(jié)農(nóng)民與市場之間的橋梁,具有重要的驅(qū)動作用,帶領(lǐng)農(nóng)民致富促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。洛陽市的農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)的好壞,在很大程度上影響著農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的規(guī)模和效益,影響農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟改革和發(fā)展的進程。本文是以洛陽市農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)為研究對象,同時對河南省農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)的發(fā)展情況進行了系統(tǒng)的分析,運用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟學(xué)和統(tǒng)計學(xué)的相關(guān)的知識,定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,對洛陽市農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)的發(fā)展進行了研究,系統(tǒng)闡述了龍頭企業(yè)在農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的地位和作用。洛陽市的農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)在未來的發(fā)展發(fā)向上,應(yīng)提倡“龍頭企業(yè)+合作經(jīng)濟組織+農(nóng)戶”的經(jīng)營模式,進行產(chǎn)品的深加工來提升農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的附加值和企業(yè)的綜合效益。在品牌創(chuàng)建初見成效、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不斷延伸的同時,洛陽市的農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織方式、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展措施以及在財政資金的供給等方面還存有一些不足之處。對于農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)而言,應(yīng)該在發(fā)展思路、經(jīng)營理念、治理結(jié)構(gòu)、管理機制、營銷體系、技術(shù)研發(fā)等方面進行改善。尤其是在盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)變上,農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)應(yīng)重點提升產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和科技含量,創(chuàng)造出具有影響力的品牌。
[Abstract]:Agricultural leading enterprises are the product of the development of agricultural productive forces, it is the key to the development of agricultural industrialization. In the process of strategic adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure in Luoyang City, leading agricultural enterprises are mainly responsible for market development, technological innovation, guiding and organizing base production and farmers. It is a bridge between farmers and markets. With an important driving role, leading farmers to become rich to promote the development of rural economy. The quality of the leading agricultural enterprises in Luoyang City affects to a great extent the scale and efficiency of agricultural industrialization and the process of rural economic reform and development. This paper takes the leading agricultural enterprises in Luoyang city as the research object, and makes a systematic analysis of the development of agricultural leading enterprises in Henan Province, and applies the relevant knowledge of regional economics and statistics, the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper studies the development of leading agricultural enterprises in Luoyang city, and expounds systematically the position and function of leading enterprises in the development of agricultural economy. The agricultural leading enterprises in Luoyang city should promote the management mode of "leading enterprise cooperative economic organization peasant households" in the future development, and carry on the deep processing of the products to promote the added value of agricultural products and the comprehensive benefit of enterprises. At the same time, the agricultural leading enterprises in Luoyang have some shortcomings in agricultural production organization, industrial structure, development measures and the supply of financial funds. For agricultural leading enterprises, it is necessary to improve the development idea, management structure, management mechanism, marketing system and technology research and development. Especially in the transformation of profit model, agricultural leading enterprises should focus on improving the quality of products and scientific and technological content to create influential brands.
