【摘要】：中國是香蕉生產(chǎn)和消費的大國。廣西省是我國主要的香蕉生產(chǎn)區(qū)之一,香蕉是廣西最大的熱帶水果,產(chǎn)量位于我國的第二位。近年來,廣西的香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)上升趨勢越來越明顯,香蕉基地的規(guī)模化也位于我國前列。欽州市發(fā)展香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)具有得天獨厚的地理環(huán)境和條件,存在著巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�。本研究介紹了我國和廣西香蕉生產(chǎn)、技術現(xiàn)狀和優(yōu)勢,緊接著采取走訪調(diào)查、比較研究等方法對有“中國香蕉之鄉(xiāng)”的浦北縣進行走訪、調(diào)研,在概括欽州市當前香蕉發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的前提下,找出香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展過程中的優(yōu)勢和不足,提出具體有建設性的意見和建議。主要研究結(jié)果如下：得出欽州市香蕉產(chǎn)業(yè)化的主要問題：規(guī)模化和組織化程度不高、品牌意識不強；相關保險制度不健全、蕉農(nóng)貸款難；種植成本增高,利潤下降；農(nóng)村勞動力素質(zhì)低,技術普及推廣不開；產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不高、深加工能力滯后；抵御自然災害能力較弱,資源優(yōu)勢減弱；產(chǎn)品深加工能力不強,市場信息閉塞。提出相應的對策：(1)從財政、金融、土地方面提出政策建議：(2)推廣香蕉險,加大農(nóng)業(yè)貸款力度；(3)完善土地流轉(zhuǎn)模式、制度,實施香蕉園規(guī)�；�經(jīng)營；(4)企業(yè)、合作社規(guī)范化運作；(5)政府宏觀調(diào)控和管理；(6)加強農(nóng)業(yè)技術培訓；(7)抓好香蕉病蟲害防控,提高香蕉園抗災能力；(8)建立健全農(nóng)業(yè)服務體系、流通體系的完善和建設；(9)重視合作社帶動和輻射作用、加快香蕉品牌建設。
[Abstract]:China is a big country in banana production and consumption. Guangxi Province is one of the main banana production areas in China, banana is the largest tropical fruit in Guangxi, and the yield is the second in our country. In recent years, the increasing trend of banana industry in Guangxi is more and more obvious, and the scale of banana base is also in the forefront of our country. The development of banana industry in Qinzhou City has unique geographical environment and conditions, and has great development potential. This study introduces banana production, technological status and advantages in China and Guangxi, and then makes a visit to Pubei County, which has "China Banana Township" by means of visiting investigation and comparative study. On the premise of summarizing the present situation of banana development in Qinzhou City, this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages in the process of banana industrialization development, and puts forward some concrete constructive suggestions and suggestions. The main research results are as follows: the main problems of banana industrialization in Qinzhou City are: the scale and organization degree is not high, the brand consciousness is not strong; the related insurance system is not perfect, the banana farmer loan is difficult, the planting cost is increasing, the profit is declining; The quality of rural labor force is low, the popularization of technology is not open; the quality of products is not high, the ability of deep processing lags behind; the ability to resist natural disasters is weak, the advantage of resources is weakened; the ability of deep processing of products is not strong, and the market information is blocked. Put forward corresponding countermeasures: 1) put forward policy suggestions from the aspects of finance, finance and land: 2) popularize banana insurance, increase the strength of agricultural loans and improve the land circulation model, system, and implement the banana orchard large-scale management of enterprises. Government macro-control and management 6) strengthening training in agricultural technology 7) do a good job in preventing and controlling banana diseases and insect pests, improving the ability of banana plantations to resist disasters, and establishing and improving the agricultural service system. The perfection and construction of circulation system attach importance to the role of cooperative driving and radiation, accelerate the construction of banana brand.
