【摘要】：我國擁有悠久的歷史,中國自古就是一個以農(nóng)業(yè)國家,在很長的一段時間里經(jīng)濟發(fā)展主要依靠農(nóng)業(yè)、依靠農(nóng)民。但是,現(xiàn)在我國農(nóng)村也出現(xiàn)了很嚴重的問題——人力資本存量嚴重不足。這個問題嚴重影響了我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,擴大了已經(jīng)明顯不同的城市和農(nóng)村地區(qū)之間的收入差距。在中國,主要為增加農(nóng)民收入是很困難的。在這些需要重視的問題中,如何提高農(nóng)村人力資本的素質(zhì)是最重要的。這是因為人力資本的提高會影響到農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的方方面面,農(nóng)村人力資本的提高意味著農(nóng)民素質(zhì)的提高,這使得農(nóng)民在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)活動中能更好的適應(yīng)、掌控農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)活動。所以說,如果想更好的發(fā)展農(nóng)村,首先要做的是提高農(nóng)村人力資本素質(zhì),使農(nóng)民各項素質(zhì)都提高,這樣農(nóng)民能在生產(chǎn)中擁有更大的效率,同樣的時間生產(chǎn)更多的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,如此,便可獲得更多的收入。因此,本論文將結(jié)合我國城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的實踐,主要講述了農(nóng)村人力資本影響農(nóng)民收入的理論分析和作用機制,并對全國地區(qū)進行了實證分析,從而得出本文的論題:“農(nóng)村人力資本投資對我國農(nóng)民收入有明顯的影響”。通過對全國各地區(qū)的實證分析,進一步印證了人力資本投資對于我國農(nóng)民收入增長的作用。首先說明了撰寫本論文的目的,并在此基礎(chǔ)上介紹了本文的研究意義,然后介紹了本文的研究內(nèi)容,最后說明了本文運用的研究方法。第二章首先對國內(nèi)相關(guān)文獻進行了梳理,然后總結(jié)歸納了國內(nèi)專家學(xué)者對人力資本相關(guān)問題的研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對國內(nèi)外的研究進行了總結(jié)評價。第三章具體闡述了與人力資本和收入有關(guān)的理論分析。第四章將人力資本對農(nóng)民收入的作用機理進行了具體闡述。第五章是實證分析。本章是本文研究的重點。通過第三章和第四章的理論分析之后,通過搜集全國各地區(qū)教育程度指數(shù)、農(nóng)村居民人均收入等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并建立相應(yīng)的模型,通過Eviews軟件處理,通過實證驗證了農(nóng)村人力資本投資與農(nóng)民收入的相關(guān)關(guān)系。第六章是在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對存在的問題,提出了提高農(nóng)民收入的有效對策建議。
[Abstract]:China has a long history, China is an agricultural country since ancient times, in a very long period of time, economic development mainly depends on agriculture, rely on farmers. However, China's rural areas also have a very serious problem-the serious shortage of human capital. This problem has seriously affected the development of rural economy and widened the income gap between urban and rural areas. In China, mainly to increase farmers' income is very difficult. Among these problems, how to improve the quality of rural human capital is the most important. This is because the improvement of human capital will affect all aspects of rural economic development, the improvement of rural human capital means the improvement of farmers' quality, which makes farmers better adapt to agricultural production activities, control agricultural production activities. Therefore, if we want to develop rural areas better, the first thing we must do is to improve the quality of rural human capital, so that farmers can have greater efficiency in production and produce more agricultural products at the same time. You can get more income. Therefore, this paper will combine with the practice of urban-rural dual economy development, mainly narrate the theory analysis and function mechanism of rural human capital influencing farmers' income, and carry on the empirical analysis to the whole country area. The conclusion of this paper is: "Rural human capital investment has obvious influence on farmers' income". Through the empirical analysis of various regions in China, the effect of human capital investment on the increase of farmers' income in China is further confirmed. In this paper, the purpose of writing this paper is explained, and the significance of this paper is introduced, then the content of this paper is introduced. Finally, the research methods used in this paper are explained. The second chapter first combs the domestic related literature, then summarizes and summarizes the domestic experts and scholars on human capital related issues, on the basis of this, the domestic and foreign studies are summarized and evaluated. The third chapter elaborates the theoretical analysis related to human capital and income. The fourth chapter elaborates the mechanism of human capital on farmers' income. The fifth chapter is empirical analysis. This chapter is the focus of this paper. After the theoretical analysis of the third and fourth chapters, by collecting the relevant data such as the education level index of various regions of the country, the rural residents' per capita income and other relevant data, and establishing the corresponding model, through the Eviews software processing, The correlation between rural human capital investment and farmers' income is verified by empirical analysis. The sixth chapter is based on the previous analysis, in view of the existing problems, put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to improve farmers' income.
