【摘要】：“三農(nóng)”問題是我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展中的重大問題,其核心是農(nóng)村居民收入問題。我國農(nóng)村居民收入不斷增長的過程中,不僅城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距在擴大,農(nóng)村居民內(nèi)部和不同地區(qū)間農(nóng)村居民的收入差距擴大問題也凸顯出來。本文在梳理國內(nèi)外學者關(guān)于農(nóng)村居民收入增長與收入差距影響因素的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,分析我國農(nóng)村居民家庭經(jīng)營收入、工資性收入、財產(chǎn)性收入和轉(zhuǎn)移性收入的增長變化情況及其內(nèi)部收入差距,并實證分析了收入結(jié)構(gòu)變動產(chǎn)生的增長效應(yīng)。農(nóng)村居民收入差距不僅包括內(nèi)部收入差距,也包括地區(qū)間收入差距。本文運用Lerman和Yitzhaki的基尼系數(shù)分解法,對我國不同地區(qū)農(nóng)村居民收入差距進行實證分析,得到相關(guān)年份各項收入對基尼系數(shù)的貢獻率,發(fā)現(xiàn)只有家庭經(jīng)營收入起到縮小不同地區(qū)農(nóng)村居民收入差距的作用,而工資性收入、財產(chǎn)性收入和轉(zhuǎn)移性收入都導致了農(nóng)村居民收入差距的擴大。最后,針對制約農(nóng)村居民收入增長和導致收入差距擴大因素,提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:The problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is an important problem in the economic and social development of our country, the core of which is the income of rural residents. In the process of increasing the income of rural residents in our country, not only the income gap between urban and rural residents is widening, but also the problem of widening the income gap among rural residents and between different regions. On the basis of combing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the growth of rural residents' income and the influence factors of income gap, this paper analyzes the household management income and wage income of rural residents in China. The growth and change of property income and transfer income and their internal income gap are analyzed, and the growth effect of income structure change is analyzed empirically. The income gap of rural residents includes not only the internal income gap, but also the regional income gap. By using Lerman and Yitzhaki's Gini coefficient decomposition method, this paper empirically analyzes the income gap of rural residents in different regions of China, and obtains the contribution rate of each income to Gini coefficient in relevant years. It is found that only household income plays a role in narrowing the income gap of rural residents in different areas, while wage income, property income and transfer income all lead to the widening of income gap among rural residents. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward for restricting the income growth of rural residents and enlarging the income gap.
