基于LCA和DEA法相結(jié)合的干旱區(qū)綠洲農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)效率研究——以張掖市制種玉米為例

【摘要】:綠洲農(nóng)業(yè)是我國(guó)西北干旱區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)的精華,面臨關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)要素稀缺和生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱的雙重限制,低投入高產(chǎn)出的高生產(chǎn)效率無(wú)疑是破解雙重限制的重要途徑,因此十分有必要評(píng)估其生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)效率,辨析其影響因素。在張掖市統(tǒng)計(jì)局投入產(chǎn)出調(diào)查基礎(chǔ)上增補(bǔ)專項(xiàng)調(diào)查,以制種玉米種植農(nóng)戶為研究對(duì)象,先利用生命周期評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)制種玉米生產(chǎn)邊界內(nèi)的相關(guān)環(huán)境影響量化分析,并將干旱區(qū)主要的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)約束性要素——水資源納入其中,得出張掖市制種玉米環(huán)境影響歸一化結(jié)果加權(quán)評(píng)估后的均值為1.28E-07;再將該值作為非期望產(chǎn)出納入第二步的SBM超效率模型效率評(píng)價(jià)體系中,測(cè)算得出生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)效率均值為0.871 2;最后,分別采用OLS和Tobit兩種方法對(duì)效率影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)生態(tài)效率影響因素提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Oasis agriculture is the essence of agriculture in the arid region of northwest China. It faces the double restriction of the scarcity of key production factors and the fragility of ecological environment. The high production efficiency with low input and high output is undoubtedly an important way to solve the double restriction. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate its ecological and economic efficiency and analyze its influencing factors. On the basis of the input-output survey of Zhangye City Bureau of Statistics, the special investigation was added, and the farmers of seed corn planting were taken as the research objects. Firstly, the quantitative analysis of the related environmental impact within the production boundary of seed maize was carried out by using the life cycle evaluation method. Water resources, the main binding factor for agricultural production in arid areas, It is concluded that the average value of the weighted evaluation of environmental impact of maize seed production in Zhangye City is 1.28E-07. then the value is included as non-expected output in the efficiency evaluation system of the second step SBM super-efficiency model, and the average value of eco-economic efficiency is estimated to be 0.871; finally, Two methods, OLS and Tobit, were used to analyze the influencing factors of efficiency, and some suggestions were put forward for the influencing factors of ecological efficiency.
