【摘要】：現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)相比于傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)不再局限于農(nóng)林牧漁等傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)部門,食品加工業(yè)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品及食品的流通運(yùn)輸甚至于消費(fèi)都已經(jīng)涵蓋于現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的范疇之中。現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為一個(gè)橫跨第一、第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的涉農(nóng)體系,隨著現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)體系的擴(kuò)張,農(nóng)業(yè)問題也逐漸多樣化、復(fù)雜化。在整個(gè)涉農(nóng)體系的各環(huán)節(jié)中存在諸多問題:在生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題是生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,無法完全對(duì)接需求結(jié)構(gòu);在流通環(huán)節(jié)賣的找不到買的,買的找不到賣的,即有需求與即有產(chǎn)品無法完全對(duì)接;在消費(fèi)環(huán)節(jié)食品安全問題頻發(fā),消費(fèi)者難以及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題食品,問題食品難以及時(shí)退出市場(chǎng)�？偨Y(jié)分析現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)在各環(huán)節(jié)存在的諸多問題,學(xué)術(shù)界普遍認(rèn)為現(xiàn)階段我國農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域存在的基本矛盾是小生產(chǎn)與大市場(chǎng)的矛盾。本文認(rèn)為這個(gè)矛盾的實(shí)質(zhì)是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)體系存在的信息不完全問題�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)如今發(fā)展迅速,從一個(gè)較大的層面來說,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以視為一種勞動(dòng)工具,而眾多原有產(chǎn)業(yè)可以視為一個(gè)個(gè)具體的勞動(dòng)對(duì)象�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)作為一種先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工具已經(jīng)在許多領(lǐng)域展現(xiàn)了自身的優(yōu)越性。目前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)開始逐步滲透進(jìn)眾多原有產(chǎn)業(yè),改變著原有產(chǎn)業(yè)的商業(yè)模式,越來越多與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相聯(lián)系的商業(yè)模式概念被提出,例如“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融”、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)旅游”、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療”等。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的進(jìn)入極大的促進(jìn)了原有產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。解決現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的問題關(guān)鍵在于解決信息不完全的問題,信息不完全的原因在于信息獲取的成本較高、傳遞效率低、傳播方向單一�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)越性恰恰在于其在信息傳遞的低成本性、實(shí)時(shí)性、互動(dòng)性而且互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可以針對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)不同環(huán)節(jié)的特點(diǎn)給出不同的信息解決方案。因此研究運(yùn)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)解決現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)中問題具有重要意義。本文以從田間到餐桌所涉及的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)為主線,分析各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)所存在的問題,指出這些問題的實(shí)質(zhì)是信息不完全,然后從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),闡明了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)解決信息不完全問題的原理,然后針對(duì)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的不同問題給出了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不同解決方案。
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional agriculture, modern agriculture is no longer confined to traditional agricultural production sectors, such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery. Food processing industry, agricultural products, food circulation and even consumption have all been covered in the scope of modern agriculture. Modern agriculture has developed into an agriculture-related system straddling the first, second and third industries. With the expansion of the modern agricultural system, agricultural problems are gradually diversified and complicated. There are many problems in every link of the whole agriculture-related system: the problems in the production link are that the production structure is unreasonable and the demand structure can not be fully connected; those that are sold in the circulation link cannot be found to buy, those that buy cannot be sold, It is difficult for consumers to find problem food in time, and it is difficult for problem food to withdraw from the market in time. This paper summarizes and analyzes many problems existing in various links of modern agriculture, and the academic circles generally think that the basic contradiction existing in the field of agriculture in China at present is the contradiction between small-scale production and large market. This paper holds that the essence of this contradiction is the incomplete information existing in the modern agricultural system. Nowadays, the Internet is developing rapidly. From a larger level, the Internet can be regarded as a kind of labor tool, and many original industries can be regarded as a specific object of labor. As an advanced production tool, Internet has shown its superiority in many fields. At present, the Internet has gradually penetrated into many original industries and changed the business model of the original industries. More and more business model concepts related to the Internet have been put forward, such as "Internet finance" and "Internet tourism". Internet medicine, etc. The entry of the Internet has greatly promoted the development of the original industry. The key to solve the problem of modern agriculture is to solve the problem of incomplete information. The reason of incomplete information is that the cost of obtaining information is high, the transmission efficiency is low, and the direction of communication is single. The advantage of Internet lies in its low cost, real time, interactivity in information transmission, and the Internet can give different information solutions according to the characteristics of different links in modern agriculture. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the use of the Internet to solve the problems in modern agriculture. This paper analyzes the problems existing in every link from field to table, points out that the essence of these problems is incomplete information, and then proceeds from the characteristics of the Internet. This paper expounds the principle of Internet to solve the problem of incomplete information, and then gives different solutions to different problems of each link.
