【摘要】：沿著克魯格曼"核心—邊緣"模型的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,本文結(jié)合中國(guó)國(guó)情提出了中國(guó)區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)變遷邏輯的三個(gè)假說(shuō),并基于29省(區(qū)、市)1990~2014年的數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用資本深化系數(shù)、資源稟賦系數(shù)和要素結(jié)構(gòu)指數(shù)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)業(yè)要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)變遷特征取決于農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移速率、農(nóng)業(yè)資本投入增長(zhǎng)速率和農(nóng)用地面積變化率在"東部地區(qū)—其他地區(qū)"和"城市—周邊農(nóng)村"的雙層"核心—邊緣"結(jié)構(gòu)中的互動(dòng)。相較于農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移速率和農(nóng)用地面積變化率而言,農(nóng)業(yè)資本投入增長(zhǎng)速率的變化更為明顯;中國(guó)各區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)勞均增加值和農(nóng)業(yè)勞均資本存量盡管在不斷上升,但無(wú)法掩蓋各區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)的固化現(xiàn)象;農(nóng)業(yè)要素稟賦流動(dòng)總體上有利于東部地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Along with the intrinsic mechanism of Krugman's "core-edge" model, this paper puts forward three hypotheses of the logic of regional agricultural factor endowment structure change in China, and based on the data of 29 provinces (regions, cities) from 1990 to 2014, the paper puts forward three hypotheses of the logic of the change of factor endowment structure of regional agriculture in China. Resource endowment coefficient and factor structure index are verified. It is found that the characteristics of agricultural factor endowment structure change depend on the transfer rate of agricultural labor force. The interaction between the growth rate of agricultural capital input and the change rate of agricultural land area in the "eastern area-other area" and "urban-peripheral rural" structure. Compared with the rate of agricultural labor transfer. And the rate of change in the area of agricultural land, The increase rate of agricultural capital input is more obvious, the increase value of agricultural labor per capita and the average capital stock of agricultural labor in all regions of China are increasing, but the solidification phenomenon of the structure of agricultural factor endowment can not be concealed. The flow of agricultural factor endowment is beneficial to the eastern region in general.
