【摘要】：H·阿爾布列希建構(gòu)的"組織化的農(nóng)業(yè)推廣框架模型"的目標(biāo)團(tuán)體系統(tǒng)(農(nóng)戶(hù))松散化,沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)組織化,進(jìn)而無(wú)法反映現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)推廣系統(tǒng)中的主體多元化、客體多樣化、推廣方式和過(guò)程市場(chǎng)化等新特征,已無(wú)法指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)推廣的實(shí)踐和理論研究,必須重構(gòu)。為從整體上反映現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)推廣系統(tǒng),依據(jù)該系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)放復(fù)雜性和多學(xué)科融合性,利用拓展物理事理人理方法論的主體-客體-交互作用方法論,重構(gòu)了組織化的農(nóng)業(yè)推廣框架模型。該模型的主體系統(tǒng)包括政府、大學(xué)科研院所、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體和社會(huì)團(tuán)體四大類(lèi)主體中的各種推廣組織,強(qiáng)調(diào)主體間的協(xié)作關(guān)系,期望通過(guò)構(gòu)建四螺旋多元協(xié)作推廣主體系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)推廣組織體系的創(chuàng)新。該模型的客體系統(tǒng)從農(nóng)業(yè)科技成果拓展到市場(chǎng)信息、管理知識(shí)和創(chuàng)新能力,以反映新型農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體在發(fā)展中的需求變化,模型的實(shí)踐過(guò)程系統(tǒng)則反映了農(nóng)業(yè)推廣的市場(chǎng)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化目標(biāo),并強(qiáng)調(diào)推廣方式和手段的創(chuàng)新,以期為研究現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的多元推廣機(jī)制和過(guò)程提供一個(gè)基礎(chǔ)框架。
[Abstract]:The target group system (farmers) of the "organized agricultural extension framework model" constructed by H. Albrich was loosened and not organized, and thus could not reflect the diversification of the subject and the object in the modern agricultural extension system. In order to reflect the modern agricultural extension system as a whole, it is necessary to reconstruct the new features, such as the marketization of extension mode and process, which can not guide the practice and theoretical research of modern agricultural extension, according to the open complexity and multi-disciplinary integration of the system. By using the subject-object-interaction methodology of the extended physical theory methodology, this paper reconstructs the organized agricultural extension framework model. The main body system of the model includes the government, the scientific research institutes of universities and colleges. Various extension organizations in the four main categories of agricultural production and operation and social organizations, emphasizing the cooperative relationship between the main bodies, It is expected that the innovation of the agricultural extension organization system can be realized through the construction of the four-helix multi-cooperative extension agent system. The object system of the model extends from agricultural scientific and technological achievements to market information, management knowledge and innovation ability. In order to reflect the demand change of the new agricultural production and management subject in the development, the practical process system of the model reflects the marketization and industrialization goal of agricultural extension, and emphasizes the innovation of the extension way and means. In order to provide a basic framework for the study of the multiple extension mechanism and process of modern agriculture.
