【摘要】:闡明茶葉生產(chǎn)格局的區(qū)域變化特征,對中國茶產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移戰(zhàn)略決策意義重大。運用GIS技術(shù)和重心理論分析2009-2014年中國茶園面積、茶葉產(chǎn)量、名優(yōu)茶產(chǎn)量、茶葉產(chǎn)值及名優(yōu)茶產(chǎn)值的區(qū)域分布特征及其重心移動軌跡,探討重心軌跡空間演變的驅(qū)動因素,研究表明:1中國茶葉生產(chǎn)地域差異明顯,已形成西南茶區(qū)以云南、貴州、四川三省,江南茶區(qū)以浙江、湖北兩省,華南茶區(qū)以福建省,江北茶區(qū)以河南省為主導(dǎo)的地域分工格局;福建、云南、浙江三省是中國茶產(chǎn)業(yè)大省。2中國茶葉生產(chǎn)重心整體呈西移趨勢。盡管不同指標(biāo)的重心移動路徑有一定的差異,但東茶西移已成定局。3在重心轉(zhuǎn)移路徑圖上,某屬性(如茶葉產(chǎn)值)重心移動距離的大小能直觀地反映該屬性在移向地區(qū)增長幅度的大小。4政府對茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的高度重視及政策的強力支持是中國茶園擴張的重要驅(qū)動力;茶區(qū)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化、無性系良種茶園面積比例的提高、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)及茶區(qū)機械化的普及是茶葉產(chǎn)量與名優(yōu)茶產(chǎn)量增長的重要原因;茶葉產(chǎn)值及名優(yōu)茶產(chǎn)值的增長主要來源于茶產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模的擴大及品牌化經(jīng)營。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to clarify the regional change characteristics of tea production pattern for the strategic decision of tea industry transfer in China. The area of tea garden, tea yield and famous tea yield in 2009-2014 are analyzed by using GIS technology and gravity theory. The regional distribution characteristics of tea output value and famous and excellent tea output value and the moving track of the center of gravity are discussed. The results show that the spatial evolution of the center of gravity trajectory is the driving factor of the spatial evolution of the center of gravity locus. Three provinces in Sichuan, Zhejiang and Hubei provinces in Jiangnan Tea District, Fujian Province in South China Tea District and Henan Province in Jiangbei Tea District; Fujian, Yunnan, Zhejiang Province is the major province of Chinese tea industry. 2. The center of gravity of Chinese tea production is moving westward. Although there are some differences in the movement path of the center of gravity among different indexes, the shift of east tea to west has become inevitable. 3. On the path map of center of gravity transfer, The moving distance of the center of gravity of a certain attribute (such as tea output value) can directly reflect the magnitude of the increasing range of the attribute in the region. The government attaches great importance to the tea industry and the strong support of the policy is the important driving force of the tea garden expansion in China. The optimization of product structure of tea area, the increase of the proportion of tea garden area of clones, the standardization of production and the popularization of mechanization in tea area are the important reasons for the increase of tea yield and famous tea yield. The increase of tea output and famous tea output mainly comes from the expansion of tea industry scale and brand management.
