【摘要】：利用2007—2014年我國省份面板數(shù)據(jù),構建包含5個一級指標、19個二級指標的“五化”(新型工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、信息化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化、綠色化)發(fā)展評價體系,采用熵權法計算各指標的權重,設定協(xié)同度評價模型對我國各省份“五化”協(xié)同發(fā)展水平進行測算,并從農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化視角對影響“五化”協(xié)同發(fā)展水平的因素進行分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),我國“五化”協(xié)同發(fā)展仍不平衡,呈現(xiàn)比較明顯的區(qū)域性、階段性特征。從農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的視角來看,在“五化”協(xié)同發(fā)展水平較低的階段,促進農(nóng)村勞動力轉移、加大政府財政支持力度能夠顯著促進“五化”協(xié)同發(fā)展,而隨著“五化”協(xié)同發(fā)展水平的提升,應該用工業(yè)的理念發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè),大力發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)化,擴大農(nóng)業(yè)對外開放程度,進一步提高農(nóng)村勞動力受教育程度。
[Abstract]:From 2007 to 2014 China's provincial panel data, which includes 5 first grade indexes, 19 level two indexes of the "Five" (the new industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization, green) development evaluation system, weight using entropy method to calculate each index, set the synergy degree evaluation model to calculate "China's provinces five coordinated development level, and from the perspective of agricultural modernization of the" Five "cooperative factors development level were analyzed. The study found that China's" Five "collaborative development is still uneven, showing obvious regional, stage characteristics. From the perspective of agricultural modernization, coordinated development level the lower stage in the" five ", to promote the transfer of rural labor force, increasing government financial support can significantly promote the coordinated development of five", with "Five" coordinated development level, should be used The concept of industry developed agriculture, vigorously developed rural industrialization, expanded the degree of agricultural opening to the outside world, and further improved the education level of rural labor force.
