【摘要】:安化黑茶歷史悠久,有著數(shù)百年成熟的傳統(tǒng)加工工藝,近些年來(lái)黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸成為安化縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量。在安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)由傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)加工向現(xiàn)代新技術(shù)加工轉(zhuǎn)變的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下,加工工藝也在不斷進(jìn)步發(fā)展,科技進(jìn)步因素對(duì)于促進(jìn)黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)所占比重越來(lái)越大,成為助推黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)發(fā)展的主要?jiǎng)恿。如果可以?zhǔn)確測(cè)算出科技進(jìn)步對(duì)黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率大小及轉(zhuǎn)變趨勢(shì),就可以量化反應(yīng)出黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,從整體上把控安化黑茶的科技進(jìn)步情況,對(duì)于制定黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)階段性發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有著非常重要的參考價(jià)值。因此,本文針對(duì)安化縣黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步貢獻(xiàn)率進(jìn)行測(cè)算分析研究,依據(jù)測(cè)算結(jié)果,從多個(gè)角度對(duì)安化縣黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步中的不足和短板展開分析并給出相應(yīng)對(duì)策建議。本文選用“索洛余值法”對(duì)安化縣黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)中的科技進(jìn)步貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究,主要內(nèi)容包括:一、闡述本文選題背景、研究意義,主要內(nèi)容及研究手段、方法。介紹安化縣黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,包括安化黑茶發(fā)展歷史及規(guī)模,科技進(jìn)步對(duì)黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的推進(jìn)作用。二、選取2004-2014年的安化黑茶各投入要素?cái)?shù)據(jù),為消除通貨膨脹影響,采用價(jià)格指數(shù)進(jìn)行縮減,運(yùn)用“索洛余值法”測(cè)算科技進(jìn)步在黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的貢獻(xiàn)率,并進(jìn)一步對(duì)影響科技進(jìn)步貢獻(xiàn)率的因素進(jìn)行二次分析,綜合衡量各項(xiàng)技術(shù)因素權(quán)重情況。三、依據(jù)測(cè)算結(jié)果,闡述制約安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步的若干問題,并提出推動(dòng)安化黑茶產(chǎn)業(yè)科技進(jìn)步的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Anhua black tea has a long history, with hundreds of years of mature traditional processing technology, In recent years, black tea industry has gradually become the backbone of Anhua County's economic development. Under the realistic background of the transformation of Anhua's black tea industry from traditional production and processing to modern and new technology, the processing technology is also continuously developing. The contribution of scientific and technological progress to promoting the economic growth of the black tea industry is becoming more and more important. If the contribution rate and changing trend of scientific and technological progress to the economic growth of the black tea industry can be accurately calculated, the problems existing in the development of the black tea industry can be quantitatively reflected. As a whole, it is of great reference value to control the scientific and technological progress of Anhua black tea industry. Therefore, this paper calculates and analyzes the contribution rate of science and technology progress of black tea industry in Anhua County. According to the calculation results, this paper analyzes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the black tea industry in Anhua County from several angles and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper chooses "Solow residual value method" to study the contribution of scientific and technological progress in the black tea industry in Anhua County. The main contents are as follows: first, the background, significance, main content and research methods of this paper are described. The present situation of black tea industry in Anhua County is introduced, including the history and scale of the development of black tea in Anhua. The role of scientific and technological progress in promoting the development of the black tea industry. Second, select the data on the input elements of Anhua Black Tea from 2004 to 2014, and use the price index to reduce the impact of inflation. Using "Solow residual value method" to measure the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in the economic growth of black tea industry, and to further analyze the factors that affect the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress, and comprehensively measure the weight of each technical factor. According to the calculation results, this paper expounds some problems restricting the scientific and technological progress of Anhua black tea industry, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the scientific and technological progress of Anhua black tea industry.
