盤山縣農(nóng)民培訓問題及對策研究

【摘要】:在不斷深入農(nóng)村改革,加快新農(nóng)村建設的進程下,加快農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設,重點在農(nóng)業(yè),難點在農(nóng)民,提高農(nóng)民的知識和創(chuàng)業(yè)技能成為當前的一個熱點。農(nóng)民作為農(nóng)業(yè)活動的從事者,因其主體地位,農(nóng)民群眾素質(zhì)的高低對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展水平起著決定作用,直接影響農(nóng)民收入水平。所以,加快農(nóng)民培訓工作的核心是不斷探索并創(chuàng)新一個有效的新型農(nóng)民培訓模式,以實現(xiàn)長期有效的增加農(nóng)民收入,保障農(nóng)業(yè)在未來能夠穩(wěn)固發(fā)展,逐步推動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟建設。新型農(nóng)民的培訓教傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)民培訓在培訓體系、培訓模式、培訓內(nèi)容、培訓時間等方面要求更加廣泛、嚴格,雖然我國農(nóng)民培訓已取得初步成效,但仍存在很多問題,本文以遼寧省盤錦市盤山縣為例,采取問卷調(diào)查的方式,理論結合實踐,對盤山縣農(nóng)民培訓問題進行研究探討。本文主要從六個方面對問題進行闡述。第一章:緒論,闡述文章選題的背景、研究目的、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、技術路線;第二章:系統(tǒng)闡述了新形勢下農(nóng)民培訓理論,對農(nóng)民培訓相關概念界定,列舉國內(nèi)學術理論研究成果;第三章:盤山縣農(nóng)民培訓現(xiàn)狀與存在問題,根據(jù)發(fā)放問卷和培訓機構實地考察的數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)的比對分析盤山縣農(nóng)民培訓現(xiàn)狀;第四章:分析國內(nèi)外農(nóng)民培訓模式的特點,發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)培訓模式存在問題,借鑒國外培訓模式的經(jīng)驗;第五章:根據(jù)盤山縣農(nóng)民培訓現(xiàn)狀,參照國外發(fā)達國家先進的培訓經(jīng)驗,提出盤山縣農(nóng)民模式創(chuàng)新建議;第六章:結論。
[Abstract]:In the process of deepening rural reform and accelerating the construction of new rural areas, speeding up the construction of agricultural modernization, the emphasis is on agriculture, and the difficulty lies in farmers. The improvement of farmers' knowledge and entrepreneurial skills has become a hot spot at present. As farmers are engaged in agricultural activities, because of their main position, the quality of the peasants plays a decisive role in the development of agricultural production. Therefore, the core of speeding up farmers' training is to continuously explore and innovate an effective new model of farmers' training, in order to achieve long-term and effective increase of farmers' income and ensure that agriculture can develop steadily in the future. Gradually promoting rural economic construction. The training and teaching of new farmers requires more extensive and strict training systems, training models, training contents, training time, etc. Although the training of farmers in our country has achieved initial results, However, there are still many problems. This paper takes Panshan County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province as an example, adopts the method of questionnaire investigation and combines theory with practice. This paper mainly from six aspects to elaborate the problem. The first chapter: introduction, expound the background of the article topic, research purpose, domestic and foreign research status, technical route; The second chapter: elaborated the farmer training theory systematically under the new situation, defined the related concept of the farmer training, listed the domestic academic theory research achievement; the third chapter: Panshan county farmer training present situation and the existence question, According to the data of questionnaire and field investigation of training institutions, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of farmers' training in Panshan County. Chapter 4th: analyze the characteristics of the training mode of farmers at home and abroad, and find that there are problems in the domestic training mode. Chapter 5th: according to the current situation of training of farmers in Panshan County, referring to the advanced training experience of developed countries, the author puts forward some suggestions for innovation of farmers' mode in Panshan County; Chapter 6th: conclusion.
