【摘要】：當(dāng)今的經(jīng)濟(jì)是綠色生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì),人們開始追求綠色產(chǎn)品,那些污染環(huán)境、缺乏質(zhì)量安全保障的產(chǎn)品逐漸被市場所淘汰。企業(yè)為了保持競爭力,開始實(shí)施綠色戰(zhàn)略,綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。績效評(píng)價(jià)是綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)并且意義重大,綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效的高低反映了供應(yīng)鏈各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,它又是一種重要的反饋控制活動(dòng),對(duì)綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效進(jìn)行科學(xué)、合理的評(píng)價(jià),不僅能夠幫助供應(yīng)鏈找出自身運(yùn)作過程中存在的問題,還能為各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)實(shí)行綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理提供決策支持,減少對(duì)環(huán)境的污染和對(duì)自然資源的消耗,以促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、資源、環(huán)境的和諧統(tǒng)一。我國一直以來都是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)關(guān)系到國計(jì)民生,是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。河南一直是我國重要的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,作為農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)人口和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)大省,河南省有大量的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)地、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工企業(yè)等農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈上的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)。然而河南省不僅消耗了大量的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資源還造成了嚴(yán)重的農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境污染,其農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈存在著諸多問題,因此,研究河南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色供應(yīng)鏈并對(duì)其進(jìn)行績效評(píng)價(jià)有深遠(yuǎn)的的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先介紹了河南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色供應(yīng)鏈的的研究背景、研究意義以及綠色供應(yīng)鏈和綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效評(píng)價(jià)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并闡明了本文的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)以及研究技術(shù)路線圖;然后,概述了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色供應(yīng)鏈及其績效評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)概念,并介紹了綠色供應(yīng)鏈平衡計(jì)分卡和利益相關(guān)者理論,為構(gòu)建河南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色供應(yīng)鏈的績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系打下理論基礎(chǔ);隨后對(duì)河南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色供應(yīng)鏈的現(xiàn)狀和績效的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并從財(cái)務(wù)價(jià)值、客戶服務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、信息化、創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展、環(huán)境績效、社會(huì)績效7個(gè)維度出發(fā),構(gòu)建了河南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色供應(yīng)鏈的績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;接著構(gòu)建了基于層次分析法和三角模糊函數(shù)的河南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效的模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型;最后選取南街村集團(tuán)作為案例分析對(duì)象,以驗(yàn)證河南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色供應(yīng)鏈績效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和模型的可行性和有效性,并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果對(duì)南街村集團(tuán)的發(fā)展提出實(shí)行現(xiàn)代管理模式、加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)員工綠色意識(shí)、實(shí)行創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略、注重企業(yè)社會(huì)績效、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的安全性和綠色度等建議。
[Abstract]:Today's economy is a green ecological economy. People begin to pursue green products. Those products that pollute the environment and lack quality and safety assurance are gradually eliminated by the market. In order to maintain competitiveness, enterprises begin to implement the green strategy. Green supply chain management arises at the historic moment. Performance evaluation is an important link of green supply chain management and is of great significance. The performance of green supply chain reflects the survival and development of enterprises in each node of supply chain. It is also an important feedback control activity. To evaluate the performance of green supply chain scientifically and reasonably can not only help the supply chain to find out the problems existing in its own operation process. It can also provide decision support for the implementation of green supply chain management for each node enterprise, reduce the pollution to the environment and the consumption of natural resources, so as to promote the harmony and unity of economy, resources and environment. Agriculture relates to the national economy and the people's livelihood and is a pillar industry of the national economy. Henan has always been an important agricultural province in China. As a big province of agriculture, agricultural population and agricultural products, Henan Province has a large number of agricultural production areas. However, Henan Province not only consumes a large number of agricultural production resources but also causes serious agricultural environmental pollution, so there are many problems in the agricultural product supply chain. It is of great practical significance to study and evaluate the green supply chain of agricultural products in Henan Province. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background of green supply chain of agricultural products in Henan Province. The significance of the research and the domestic and international research status of green supply chain and green supply chain performance evaluation, and clarify the research content, research methods, innovation points and research technology roadmap. The related concepts of green supply chain of agricultural products and its performance evaluation are summarized, and the balanced scorecard and stakeholder theory of green supply chain are introduced, which lays a theoretical foundation for constructing the performance evaluation index system of agricultural green supply chain in Henan Province. Then the paper analyzes the current situation and the influencing factors of the green supply chain of agricultural products in Henan Province, and starts from the seven dimensions of financial value, customer service, business process, information, innovation and development, environmental performance and social performance. The performance evaluation index system of agricultural product green supply chain in Henan province is constructed, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of agricultural product green supply chain performance in Henan province based on AHP and triangular fuzzy function is constructed. Finally, Nanjie Village Group is selected as the case study object to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the performance evaluation index system and model of agricultural product green supply chain in Henan Province. According to the evaluation results, the paper puts forward the implementation of modern management mode, strengthening the information construction, cultivating the green consciousness of employees, carrying out innovation-driven strategy, and paying attention to the social performance of the enterprise. Improve the safety of product quality and green degree and other recommendations.
