【摘要】：財(cái)務(wù)后評價(jià)是項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,供電企業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資財(cái)務(wù)后評價(jià)對指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)有重要意義。文章介紹了項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)的發(fā)展,分析了供電企業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資的特殊性,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外財(cái)務(wù)后評價(jià)研究現(xiàn)狀,提出建立以財(cái)務(wù)后評價(jià)指標(biāo)為核心的,基于TOPSIS法的連續(xù)、動(dòng)態(tài)項(xiàng)目后評價(jià)體系,從而為供電企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目投資建設(shè)方面提供相應(yīng)借鑒。
[Abstract]:After the financial post evaluation is an important part of the post evaluation of the project, the post evaluation of the investment and finance of the power supply enterprise is of great significance to the construction of the project. The article introduces the development of the post evaluation of the project, analyzes the particularity of the project investment in the power supply enterprise, and combines the status of the post evaluation research at home and abroad, and proposes to establish the post evaluation of the finance. A continuous and dynamic project post evaluation system based on TOPSIS method, which is the core, provides a reference for power supply enterprises in project investment and construction.
