【摘要】：融資租賃在發(fā)達(dá)國家被譽(yù)為“核心產(chǎn)業(yè)”,作為當(dāng)今世界發(fā)展最迅猛的金融服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,融資租賃已成為與銀行信貸、證券并駕齊驅(qū)的第三大金融工具,目前全球近二分之一的固定資產(chǎn)投資是通過融資租賃完成的。未來,我國將面臨從粗放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式向集約型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,新興行業(yè)和裝備制造業(yè)正迅速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)正待升級,這勢必會加大對高端設(shè)備的需求；同時(shí),民生工程如城鄉(xiāng)一體化建設(shè)、保障房建設(shè)、中西部基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)穩(wěn)步開展,相關(guān)的固定資產(chǎn)投資和新增設(shè)備投資需求也將持續(xù)增長,這些都為我國融資租賃業(yè)帶來了極大的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和空間,我國融資租賃業(yè)處于朝陽期。未來十年,融資租賃業(yè)的快速發(fā)展可期,作為金融交易平臺不可或缺的部分,融資租賃將在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起到不可估量的推動作用。經(jīng)過二十多年的發(fā)展,我國的融資租賃形式逐漸從傳統(tǒng)租賃向現(xiàn)代租賃過渡,融資租賃行業(yè)正處于高速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。本文的研究證實(shí)在特定時(shí)期對我國融資租賃行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析,探討和分析當(dāng)前融資租賃行業(yè)運(yùn)營模式及盈利情況,學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒國內(nèi)外知名融資租賃企業(yè)成功的秘訣,以Z融資租賃公司為研究對象,研究公司在行業(yè)發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和實(shí)施對策,本文的研究認(rèn)為Z公司未來的發(fā)展首先要轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,以市場為導(dǎo)向,積極關(guān)注客戶的需求；其次要加快資產(chǎn)重組拓展融資渠道；最后就是擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營范圍,實(shí)施多元化經(jīng)營。相關(guān)的研究也可以為我國融資租賃企業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供可行性建議,更可為融資租賃行業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展提供了重要的參考。
[Abstract]:Financial leasing is regarded as "core industry" in developed countries. As one of the most rapidly developing financial service industries in the world today, financial leasing has become the third largest financial instrument that keeps pace with bank credit and securities. At present, nearly 1/2 of the world's fixed assets investment is completed through financial leasing. In the future, China will be faced with the transition from an extensive economic development model to an intensive economic development model. The emerging industries and equipment manufacturing industries are developing rapidly, and the traditional industries are in need of upgrading. This will inevitably increase the demand for high-end equipment; at the same time, People's livelihood projects, such as urban and rural integration, indemnificatory apartment construction, and infrastructure construction in the central and western regions, will develop steadily, and the related investment in fixed assets and new equipment investment will continue to grow. All these bring great opportunities and space for the financing leasing industry in our country. In the next ten years, the rapid development of financial leasing industry can be expected. As an indispensable part of financial trading platform, financial leasing will play an inestimable role in the economic development of our country. After more than 20 years' development, the financial leasing form of our country is gradually transitioning from the traditional lease to the modern lease, and the financial leasing industry is in the key period of rapid development. The research in this paper confirms the analysis of the current situation and development of China's financial leasing industry in a specific period, discusses and analyzes the current operating mode and profit situation of the financial leasing industry, and learns and draws lessons from the secret of success of well-known financial leasing enterprises at home and abroad. Taking Z financial leasing company as the research object, the paper studies the development goal and implementation countermeasure of the company under the environment of industry development. The research of this paper holds that the future development of Z company should first change the concept and take the market as the direction. Actively pay attention to the needs of customers; second, accelerate asset restructuring to expand financing channels; finally, expand the scope of business, and implement diversification. The related research can also provide feasible suggestions for the development plan of financial leasing enterprises in China, and also provide an important reference for the sustainable and healthy development of the financial leasing industry.
