【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國(guó)支付結(jié)算體系,尤其是銀行卡支付體系日臻完善,它已經(jīng)成為與大眾生活息息相關(guān)的重要組成部分。特別是近年來(lái),我國(guó)收單市場(chǎng)取得快速發(fā)展�？墒�,簡(jiǎn)便易行的POS機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展卻并不迅速,甚至到2012年末,全國(guó)聯(lián)網(wǎng)POS終端、聯(lián)網(wǎng)商戶相較全國(guó)中小企業(yè)市場(chǎng),其規(guī)模仍微不足道。POS機(jī)業(yè)務(wù),作為無(wú)現(xiàn)金交易,它是現(xiàn)代化消費(fèi)最重要的工具之一,屬于商業(yè)銀行支付結(jié)算類中間業(yè)務(wù)的一部分,它能帶來(lái)穩(wěn)定存款、能提高經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)、能增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并在銀行發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定客戶等方面發(fā)揮著巨大作用,成為各家金融機(jī)構(gòu)中間業(yè)務(wù)收入增加的主要渠道。當(dāng)然,民生銀行收單業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展也存在著巨大的開(kāi)拓空間。 本文以A支行為調(diào)研對(duì)象,在對(duì)A支行進(jìn)行調(diào)研后,并對(duì)一些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了整理。首先對(duì)該支行的POS機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了深入的了解；然后,對(duì)該支行POS機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的商業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真仔細(xì)的分析,包括分析其業(yè)務(wù)需求和供給競(jìng)爭(zhēng)；其次,詳細(xì)剖析和闡述了該行POS機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)在營(yíng)銷狀況、業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模、收益狀況及該支行在發(fā)展POS機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的過(guò)程中存在的諸多問(wèn)題；再次,在對(duì)以上章節(jié)進(jìn)行總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用內(nèi)外部分析矩陣對(duì)該支行POS機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、外部機(jī)會(huì)和機(jī)遇進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,提出了基于內(nèi)外部分析的發(fā)展策略。最后,文章從改善POS機(jī)管理體制、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、完善客戶服務(wù)體系、開(kāi)拓新的營(yíng)銷模式方面對(duì)該支行發(fā)展POS機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)給出了幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the payment and settlement system of our country, especially the payment system of bank card, is becoming more and more perfect, and it has become an important part closely related to the life of the public. Especially in recent years, China's order market has made rapid development. However, the simple and easy development of POS machine business is not rapid. Even by the end of 2012, the scale of the connected POS terminal in the whole country is still insignificant compared with that of the national small and medium-sized enterprises market. POS machine business, as a cashless transaction, It is one of the most important tools for modern consumption. It is part of the intermediate business of payment and settlement of commercial banks. It can bring stable deposits and improve business performance. It can enhance the market competitiveness and play a great role in bank development and customer stability, and become the main channel for the increase of intermediate business income of financial institutions. Of course, the development of Minsheng Bank order business also has a huge space for development. In this paper, A Branch as the research object, after the investigation of the A Branch, and some data are sorted out. First of all, we have a deep understanding of the POS machine business of this branch. Secondly, we have made a careful analysis of the business environment of the branch's POS machine business, including the analysis of its business demand and supply competition; secondly, we have made a careful analysis of the business environment of the branch's POS machine business. Detailed analysis and elaboration of the bank's POS machine business in the marketing situation, business scale, income status and the branch in the development of POS machine business in the process of many problems; thirdly, on the basis of the above chapters summarized, Using the internal and external analysis matrix, this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and opportunities of the POS machine business of the branch in detail, and puts forward the development strategy based on the internal and external analysis. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions on how to improve the POS machine management system, prevent the risks, perfect the customer service system and develop the new marketing mode for the branch to develop the POS machine business.
