【摘要】:高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)屬于技術(shù)、人才、資金集中度較高的產(chǎn)業(yè),其技術(shù)進(jìn)步和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)以及戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的培育均起著重要的作用。推行創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展壯大,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新型國家的建設(shè),帶動(dòng)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速健康發(fā)展。本文是以高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率為研究的起點(diǎn),詳細(xì)深入分析了我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的地區(qū)差異及原因,并在以上研究基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的影響因素及影響途徑,對(duì)提高高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率提出一些可行性的對(duì)策,具體的研究內(nèi)容如下:第一章是緒論。本章節(jié)首先介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義,接著介紹了本文的研究內(nèi)容、研究框架,最后總結(jié)了本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章是文獻(xiàn)綜述。本章節(jié)主要就國內(nèi)外關(guān)于高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的相關(guān)研究、高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的地區(qū)差異相關(guān)研究、高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的影響因素相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究進(jìn)行綜述。第三章是我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的概述。本章節(jié)首先就高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行介紹,接著從整體層面、地區(qū)層面、行業(yè)層面就2002-2014年我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)Malmquist指數(shù)、Malmquist指數(shù)因素分解及其增長貢獻(xiàn)率進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡釋,最后指出了我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展過程中存在的問題。第四章是我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的地區(qū)差異特征。本章節(jié)主要采用全局空間自相關(guān)、趨勢(shì)面分析等方法,利用表格和圖形的形式展示了2002-2014年間我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的整體特征及趨勢(shì)面變化,采用ArcGIS軟件直觀的展示了我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的整體區(qū)域格局演化圖,演化圖顯示我國整體的創(chuàng)新效率水平仍然不夠高,提升的速度不夠快,地區(qū)創(chuàng)新的活躍度有待進(jìn)一步提高。第五章是我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率影響因素的實(shí)證分析。本章節(jié)主要是基于上一章節(jié)的研究結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,即區(qū)域之間創(chuàng)新效率有所差異且整體創(chuàng)新效率不高的研究結(jié)果,找出并檢驗(yàn)影響我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的因素,即創(chuàng)新因素、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織因素、制度環(huán)境因素和外貿(mào)因素,并對(duì)以上主要的四種影響因素進(jìn)行理論論證分析,在此論證的基礎(chǔ)上,完成設(shè)定模型、匯總變量的度量之后,采用Stata 12.0軟件,利用2002-2014年中國28個(gè)省份高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)全部變量進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并利用固定效應(yīng)模型,對(duì)全國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的影響因素、分地區(qū)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的影響因素以及影響因素的影響途徑進(jìn)行回歸,在影響因素的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果中,全國范圍內(nèi)創(chuàng)新績效變量、創(chuàng)新密集度變量、企業(yè)規(guī)模變量、外商直接投資變量的回歸系數(shù)均為正值并通過了顯著性檢驗(yàn),政府支持程度變量的回歸系數(shù)為正值但并沒有通過顯著性檢驗(yàn);在影響途徑的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果中,創(chuàng)新因素和產(chǎn)業(yè)組織因素主要是通過影響產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模技術(shù)效率進(jìn)而影響產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)效率,并最終對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率產(chǎn)生影響的;制度環(huán)境因素并未對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率產(chǎn)生顯著性影響;外貿(mào)因素則主要是通過影響產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步最終對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率產(chǎn)生影響的。最后采用逐一添加影響因素的方法進(jìn)行穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn),通過檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果可知該實(shí)證模型及結(jié)果的穩(wěn)健性和可靠性。第六章是基本結(jié)論、對(duì)策和展望。本章節(jié)先主要就全文的研究結(jié)論做個(gè)基本總結(jié),一個(gè)是在三個(gè)層面上我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的情況分析,一個(gè)是我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的地區(qū)差異,一個(gè)是我國高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率的影響因素和影響途徑;接著本文就以上實(shí)證研究結(jié)果相對(duì)應(yīng)提出六點(diǎn)對(duì)策意見,即促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新成果的產(chǎn)業(yè)化,建立健全知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度;營造創(chuàng)新氛圍,激發(fā)創(chuàng)新活力;加強(qiáng)技術(shù)引進(jìn)管理,注重消化吸收再創(chuàng)新;充分利用規(guī)模效應(yīng),最優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新效率;調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)外向度政策,充分發(fā)揮技術(shù)外溢的正向作用;提高高技術(shù)企業(yè)的管理水平,促進(jìn)技術(shù)效率的提高;最后本文就研究數(shù)據(jù)和研究層面這兩點(diǎn)不足,對(duì)應(yīng)提出本文的兩點(diǎn)展望。
[Abstract]:The high-tech industry belongs to the industry of technology, talent and high concentration of capital. Its technological progress and technological innovation play an important role in the transformation of our economic development mode, the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and the cultivation of strategic emerging industries. To promote the construction of innovative country and promote the rapid and healthy development of China's economy. This paper is the starting point of the research on the efficiency of technology innovation in high-tech industries. This paper analyses the regional differences and causes of the efficiency of technology innovation in high technology industry in detail. On the basis of the above research, it empirically tests the efficiency of technology innovation in high-tech industries. Some feasible countermeasures are put forward to improve the efficiency of technology innovation in high-tech industry. The specific research contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction. This chapter first introduces the research background and significance of this article, then introduces the research content, the research framework, and finally summarizes the main innovation points of this paper. The second chapter is the literature review. This chapter mainly deals with the related research on the efficiency of high-tech industry innovation at home and abroad, the related research on regional differences in the efficiency of high-tech industry innovation, and the related literature research on the efficiency of high-tech industry technology innovation. The third chapter is the efficiency of Technology innovation in China's high-tech industry. This chapter first introduces the connotation of high technology industry and technological innovation efficiency, and then explains in detail the Malmquist index, Malmquist index factor decomposition and its growth contribution rate of China's high-tech industry from the overall level, the regional level and the industry level for 2002-2014 years. Finally, it points out the high-tech industry innovation in China. The fourth chapter is the regional difference characteristic of the technology innovation efficiency of China's high-tech industry. This chapter mainly uses the global spatial autocorrelation, trend surface analysis and other methods, and shows the overall characteristics and trend surface changes of the technological innovation efficiency of China's high-tech industry in the past 2002-2014 years, using forms and graphics. The ArcGIS software is used to show the overall regional pattern evolution map of the technological innovation efficiency of China's high-tech industry. The evolution map shows that the overall innovation efficiency level of our country is still not high enough, the speed of promotion is not fast enough, and the activity of regional innovation needs to be further improved. The fifth chapter is the influence of the efficiency of technology innovation in China's high-tech industry. This chapter is based on the results of the previous chapter, which is the result of the difference in the efficiency of innovation between regions and the low efficiency of the overall innovation. This chapter finds and examines the factors that affect the efficiency of technological innovation in China's high-tech industries, namely, innovation factors, industrial organization factors, institutional environment factors and external factors. On the basis of the demonstration, the four factors of the above four factors are analyzed theoretically, and after the model is set up and the measurement of the aggregate variables is completed, a descriptive statistical analysis of all the variables is carried out by using the Stata 12 software and using the data of the technical innovation efficiency of the high-tech industries in the 28 provinces of China for 2002-2014 years. Using the fixed effect model, the factors affecting the technological innovation efficiency of the national high-tech industry, the influencing factors of regional technological innovation efficiency and the influencing factors are returned. In the empirical test results of the influencing factors, the innovation performance variable, the innovation intensity variable, the enterprise scale variable, the foreign direct. The regression coefficient of the investment variables is positive and passes the significance test. The regression coefficient of the government support degree variable is positive but does not pass the significance test. In the empirical test result of the influence approach, the innovation factor and the industrial organization factor are mainly influenced by the industrial scale technology efficiency and then influence the industrial technology efficiency. And finally, it has an impact on the efficiency of technology innovation in high-tech industries; institutional environment factors have not had a significant impact on the efficiency of technology innovation in high-tech industries; foreign trade factors are mainly influenced by the impact of industrial technological progress on the efficiency of technological innovation in high-tech industries. Finally, the factors that affect the technological innovation are added one by one. The sixth chapter is the basic conclusion, the countermeasure and the prospect. First, this chapter mainly summarizes the research conclusions of the full text, one is the analysis of the efficiency of technology innovation in China's high-tech industry on the three levels, one is our country. The regional differences in the efficiency of technological innovation in high-tech industries, one is the factors affecting the efficiency of technological innovation in China's high-tech industry and the way to influence it. Then, this paper puts forward six suggestions on the results of the above empirical research, namely, to promote the industrialization of innovation achievements, to establish and improve the intellectual property system, to create an innovative atmosphere and to stimulate innovation. We should strengthen the management of technology introduction, pay attention to digestion and innovation, make full use of scale effect, optimize the efficiency of innovation, adjust the policy of economic extroversion, give full play to the positive effect of technology spillover, improve the management level of high-tech enterprises, and promote the improvement of technical efficiency; finally, this paper is insufficient in the study of data and research level. Two points of view are put forward in this paper.
