【摘要】:我國(guó)正處在能源短缺、原材料價(jià)格上漲、礦區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境日趨嚴(yán)重的背景下,生態(tài)效率問(wèn)題已成為煤炭城市產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)(CCIES)可持續(xù)發(fā)展桎梏;诔綄(duì)數(shù)生產(chǎn)函數(shù),采用隨機(jī)前沿分析法對(duì)我國(guó)CCIES生態(tài)效率與提升潛力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和分析,并運(yùn)用K-Means算法對(duì)28個(gè)CCIES進(jìn)行聚類(lèi)分析。研究結(jié)果表明:區(qū)域之間生態(tài)效率差異明顯;能源價(jià)格、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和市場(chǎng)化水平對(duì)煤炭城市生態(tài)效率具有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:The problem of ecological efficiency has become the shackle of the sustainable development of the coal city industrial ecosystem (CCIES) under the background of the shortage of energy, the rising of the raw material price and the increasingly serious ecological environment of the mining area. Based on the surpassing logarithmic production function, the ecological efficiency and the promotion potential of CCIES in China are evaluated and analyzed by the random frontier analysis method. The K-Means algorithm is used to cluster analysis of 28 CCIES. The results show that the difference of ecological efficiency between regions is obvious; energy price, technological innovation and market level have significant influence on the ecological efficiency of coal city.
