【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提高和民眾對(duì)醫(yī)療健康重視程度的提升,我國(guó)的醫(yī)療健康產(chǎn)業(yè)開始進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,醫(yī)療健康并購(gòu)重組市場(chǎng)逐漸成為投資的熱點(diǎn)。文章分析了現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)醫(yī)療健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了我國(guó)醫(yī)療健康產(chǎn)業(yè)并購(gòu)重組的主要模式,對(duì)比分析了并購(gòu)重組的重點(diǎn)案例,最后提出了醫(yī)療健康產(chǎn)業(yè)并購(gòu)重組市場(chǎng)的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域和發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the economic level of our country and the enhancement of people's attention to medical health, the medical and health industry of our country began to enter the period of rapid development, and the market of M & A and reorganization of medical and health gradually became the hot spot of investment. This paper analyzes the current development situation of medical and health industry in China, summarizes the main modes of M & A and recombination of medical and health industry in China, and compares and analyzes the key cases of M & A. Finally, the hot field and development prospect of M & A market in medical and health industry are put forward.
