【摘要】：創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)在航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成與發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,已經(jīng)成為集群發(fā)展與獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵。國內(nèi)外研究結(jié)果顯示:航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已經(jīng)成為航空產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈全球化配置的重要發(fā)展模式,創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成是航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的重要階段。然而,現(xiàn)有研究多是從網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體屬性方面進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)微觀主體創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的研究略顯不足。因而,如何通過協(xié)調(diào)集群網(wǎng)絡(luò)微觀主體的創(chuàng)新行為來構(gòu)建航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),同時(shí)有效治理創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中行為主體的機(jī)會(huì)主義行為,是航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵。本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理為理論依據(jù),系統(tǒng)地研究了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制�；�于航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各行為主體的創(chuàng)新行為,提出了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的內(nèi)部治理機(jī)制和外部治理機(jī)制。首先,在分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,界定了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),并提出其治理目標(biāo)。其次,運(yùn)用演化博弈模型分析了企業(yè)間創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中核心企業(yè)和關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)之間創(chuàng)新決策的行為動(dòng)機(jī),探討了企業(yè)間創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的影響因素,并運(yùn)用Matlab軟件進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證。根據(jù)影響因素及仿真結(jié)果,并提出了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的內(nèi)部治理機(jī)制。進(jìn)而,從利益相關(guān)者角度,分析了核心企業(yè)與地方政府、學(xué)研組織、中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)等之間的相互關(guān)系。利用靜態(tài)博弈模型和動(dòng)態(tài)博弈模型,分析創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成中地方政府和核心企業(yè)的博弈行為,確定政府和企業(yè)間創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的影響因素。最后,根據(jù)上述分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特征,提出了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)外部治理機(jī)制。本文的研究特色與創(chuàng)新之處主要體現(xiàn)在:(1)構(gòu)建了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中核心企業(yè)與關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)之間的演化博弈模型;(2)建立了創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中核心企業(yè)與關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)之間的演化博弈模型,并根據(jù)博弈結(jié)果分析,提出了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的內(nèi)部治理機(jī)制;(3)從利益相關(guān)者角度,建立了核心企業(yè)與地方政府之間的博弈模型,并提出了航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的外部治理機(jī)制。本文的研究不僅拓展了網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理理論,也為航空產(chǎn)業(yè)集群及創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Innovation network plays an important role in the formation and development of aviation industry cluster and has become the key to the development of cluster and the acquisition of competitive advantage. The research results at home and abroad show that the aviation industry cluster has become an important development model of the global allocation of aviation industry value chain, and the formation of innovation network is an important stage of the development of aviation industry cluster. However, most of the existing studies are based on the overall properties of the network, and the research on the micro innovation activities of the aviation industry cluster network is a little insufficient. Therefore, how to construct the innovation network of aviation industry cluster by coordinating the innovation behavior of micro main body of cluster network, and how to effectively manage the opportunistic behavior of the main body in innovation network, It is the key to realize technological innovation and gain competitive advantage in aviation industry cluster. Based on the theory of network governance, this paper systematically studies the innovative network governance mechanism of aviation industry cluster. Based on the innovation behavior of the main actors in the innovation network of aviation industry cluster, this paper puts forward the internal governance mechanism and external governance mechanism of the innovation network of aviation industry cluster. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of industry cluster, innovation network and network governance, the paper defines the innovation network of aviation industry cluster and puts forward its governance goal. Secondly, using evolutionary game model, this paper analyzes the behavior motivation of innovation decision between core enterprises and affiliated enterprises in inter-firm innovation network, discusses the factors influencing the formation of inter-firm innovation network, and uses Matlab software to verify it. According to the influencing factors and simulation results, the internal governance mechanism of innovation network of aviation industry cluster is put forward. Then, from the angle of stakeholders, this paper analyzes the relationship between core enterprises and local governments, academic research organizations, intermediary service organizations, etc. By using the static game model and the dynamic game model, this paper analyzes the game behavior of the local government and the core enterprise in the formation of the innovation network, and determines the factors influencing the formation of the innovation network between the government and the enterprise. Finally, according to the above analysis results, combined with the characteristics of aviation industry cluster innovation network, the paper puts forward the external governance mechanism of aviation industry cluster innovation network. The research features and innovations of this paper are mainly embodied in: 1) the evolutionary game model between the core enterprises and affiliated enterprises in the innovation network of aviation industry cluster is constructed, and the relationship between the core enterprises and affiliated enterprises in the innovation network is established. Evolutionary game model, According to the analysis of the game result, the paper puts forward the internal governance mechanism of the innovation network of aviation industry cluster and sets up the game model between the core enterprise and the local government from the angle of the stakeholders. And put forward the external governance mechanism of innovation network of aviation industry cluster. The research in this paper not only expands the theory of network governance, but also provides the theoretical basis for the development of aviation industry cluster and innovation network.
