【摘要】：對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)(預(yù)見)研究和實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行概括和述評(píng),并對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)(預(yù)見)研究和實(shí)踐情況進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要概括;根據(jù)這些論述及判斷,基于多源信息融合分析、技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)模型構(gòu)建、技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)機(jī)制建立3個(gè)遞進(jìn)模塊,設(shè)計(jì)出戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)機(jī)制,并對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)思路、設(shè)計(jì)框架和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。
[Abstract]:The present situation and trend of technology prediction (foresight) research and practice at home and abroad are summarized and reviewed, and the research and practice of industry technology prediction (foresight) are briefly summarized. Based on the analysis of multi-source information, the construction of technology prediction model and the establishment of three progressive modules of technology prediction mechanism, the technology prediction mechanism of strategic emerging industry is designed, and the design idea, design framework and implementation method are described in detail.
