【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是世界各國競相發(fā)展的最具潛力的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),也是我國大陸在新常態(tài)下推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的重要支撐力量。我國臺(tái)灣地區(qū)較早地開啟了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的探索歷程,目前已步入了較為專業(yè)化、制度化的發(fā)展軌道,其在政策創(chuàng)新方面也積累了諸多可資借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我國大陸在推動(dòng)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)演化升級(jí)的過程中,可借鑒臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),重點(diǎn)從強(qiáng)化政策支持與法律保障、針對(duì)發(fā)展階段和融資困境精準(zhǔn)施策、創(chuàng)新文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)營運(yùn)模式等方面著手,系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策體系。
[Abstract]:Cultural and creative industry is the most potential sunrise industry in the world, and it is also an important supporting force to promote the economic transformation and upgrading in the mainland of China under the new normal. Taiwan started the exploration of the development of cultural and creative industries earlier, and has stepped into a more specialized and institutionalized development track, and has accumulated a lot of experience in policy innovation. In the process of promoting the evolution and upgrading of cultural and creative industries, the mainland of China can draw lessons from the experience of the Taiwan region and focus on strengthening policy support and legal protection, as well as the precise measures for the stage of development and the financing dilemma. Innovation culture and creative industry park operating mode, and so on, optimize the related industrial policy system.
