【摘要】：在后金融危機(jī)時(shí)期,戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家乃至地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵推動(dòng)力量。戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)是產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)型、升級(jí)發(fā)展的載體和方向,充分發(fā)揮戰(zhàn)略性新興行業(yè)的引領(lǐng)作用,是穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展以及改善民生的戰(zhàn)略性舉措,也是我省在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)趨勢(shì)背景下發(fā)展的重要選擇。任何產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展都離不開(kāi)資金供給,其中金融起著重要的基礎(chǔ)性作用。近些年,河北省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)已初步取得階段性的發(fā)展成效,但同時(shí)也仍存在諸多問(wèn)題。如缺乏有效的資金來(lái)源以及融資機(jī)制,創(chuàng)新能力明顯不足等等。因此,拓寬融資渠道、實(shí)施多元化的市場(chǎng)化融資模式勢(shì)在必行。本文即對(duì)河北省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的金融支持現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析研究,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文先對(duì)戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、金融支持的含義及主要特征進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。其次,進(jìn)一步分析河北省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和金融支持的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題等;再次,運(yùn)用面板數(shù)據(jù)模型定性定量分析、評(píng)價(jià)融資途徑對(duì)河北省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。然后,通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外金融對(duì)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的支持及融資經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我省戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展提出合理的對(duì)策建議。最后,為確保相關(guān)對(duì)策建議的實(shí)行,提出相應(yīng)合理的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In the post-financial crisis, strategic emerging industries have become a key driving force for national and even regional economic development. The strategic emerging industry is the carrier and direction of industrial structure adjustment, transformation, upgrading and development, and giving full play to the leading role of the strategic emerging industry is to stabilize economic growth and realize social sustainability. Healthy development and strategic measures to improve people's livelihood are also important choices for the development of our province under the background of the new normal trend of economy. The development of any industry is inseparable from capital supply, in which finance plays an important basic role. In recent years, strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province have made initial progress, but at the same time, there are still many problems. Such as the lack of effective sources of funds and financing mechanisms, innovation capacity is obviously inadequate and so on. Therefore, it is imperative to widen financing channels and implement diversified market-oriented financing model. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of financial support for strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province, which has certain practical significance. In this paper, the strategic emerging industries, the meaning of financial support and the main characteristics of a detailed elaboration. Secondly, it further analyzes the status quo and problems of the development of strategic emerging industries and financial support in Hebei Province. Thirdly, using panel data model to evaluate the impact of financing approaches on the development of strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province. Then, through the analysis of the financial support and financing experience of the emerging industries at home and abroad, this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the development of strategic emerging industry enterprises in our province. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of relevant countermeasures and suggestions, the corresponding reasonable safeguard measures are put forward.
