【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,世界各國不斷采取各種措施推動高等教育與區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)需求協(xié)同共生式發(fā)展。2015年,韓國教育部正式頒布和實(shí)施"基于產(chǎn)業(yè)需求的教育銜接項(xiàng)目"(PRIME)。PRIME項(xiàng)目為期三年,共投入2 012億韓元,2016年韓國正式從全國五個區(qū)域遴選出21所四年制普通本科高校作為項(xiàng)目入選高校,其中包括9所社會需要型先導(dǎo)示范大學(xué)(大型)和12所創(chuàng)造基礎(chǔ)型先導(dǎo)示范大學(xué)(小型)。入選高校均需按照產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的要求在招生數(shù)量、學(xué)科設(shè)置、課程設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)管理等方面進(jìn)行全方位的改革。韓國政府在PRIME項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施和管理方面扮演著重要角色,也保障了項(xiàng)目的科學(xué)性、民主性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, countries all over the world have taken various measures to promote the development of higher education and regional industrial demand in a symbiotic way. In 2015, the Ministry of Education of Korea officially promulgated and implemented the "Educational Convergence Project based on Industrial demand" for three years. A total of 201.2 billion won was invested. In 2016, South Korea formally selected 21 ordinary four-year undergraduate universities from five regions of the country as a project to be selected as universities. These include 9 pilot universities (large) with social needs and 12 pilot universities (small). In accordance with the requirements of industrial development, the selected colleges and universities should carry out all-round reforms in terms of enrollment number, subject setup, curriculum design and teaching management. The Korean government plays an important role in the implementation and management of the PRIME project, and also ensures the scientific, democratic and operational nature of the project.
