【摘要】：海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全問題的突出性與相關(guān)研究的滯后性已成為制約我國海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的瓶頸。本文基于對國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)安全相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)資料的回顧,對海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究的演進(jìn)和進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了梳理與分析,指出了海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全未來的研究方向。作為當(dāng)前產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究領(lǐng)域一種新的研究視角,海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究引起了地理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及其他學(xué)科的廣泛關(guān)注,呈現(xiàn)出跨學(xué)科與交叉融合的研究趨勢,在內(nèi)涵框架、影響因素、評價(jià)體系等方面取得了一定的進(jìn)展。但尚未形成科學(xué)、規(guī)范的理論與方法體系。本文提出,未來我國海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究應(yīng)繼續(xù)拓展和深化海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系與預(yù)警機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全研究的多元化,從全局的角度研究海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全并積極合理地借鑒產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和其他學(xué)科的優(yōu)秀成果,探索建立中國海洋產(chǎn)業(yè)安全理論體系。
[Abstract]:The outstanding problems of marine industry safety and the lag of related research have become the bottleneck restricting the further development of marine industry in China. Based on the review of domestic and international literature on industrial safety, this paper analyzes the evolution and progress of marine industry safety research, and points out the future research direction of marine industry security. As a new research perspective in the field of industrial security, the research of marine industry security has attracted wide attention in geography, economics and other disciplines, showing a trend of interdisciplinary and cross-integration, in the framework of connotation. Some progress has been made in influencing factors and evaluation system. But no scientific, normative theory and method system has been formed. This paper proposes that the future marine industry safety research in China should continue to expand and deepen the marine industry safety evaluation index system and early warning mechanism, and strengthen the diversification of marine industry security research. This paper studies the safety of marine industry from the overall situation and actively and reasonably draws lessons from the outstanding achievements of industrial economics and other disciplines and explores the establishment of a theoretical system of marine industry safety in China.
