【摘要】：電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)是國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部門,隨著國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的大力推進(jìn),我國(guó)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展。在我國(guó)全面推進(jìn)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史機(jī)遇下,無錫市也加快了電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的腳步。面對(duì)新的政策推動(dòng)帶來的發(fā)展機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),研究無錫市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,評(píng)價(jià)無錫市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平,抓住發(fā)展機(jī)遇,推動(dòng)無錫市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。針對(duì)如何評(píng)價(jià)無錫市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的問題,本文以定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,采用因子分析對(duì)無錫市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)�；诮�(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí),本文首先對(duì)研究對(duì)象產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念進(jìn)行界定,概述國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者有關(guān)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究成果。然后,本文從電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)以及趨勢(shì)出發(fā),借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),從生產(chǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力這3個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建區(qū)域電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。最后,本文運(yùn)用因子分析法,實(shí)證分析全國(guó)13個(gè)電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)城市的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,對(duì)比分析無錫與其他發(fā)達(dá)城市的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得分情況,探索無錫電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響因素,結(jié)合定性分析和定量分析結(jié)果,為促進(jìn)無錫市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)快速健康發(fā)展提出合理的對(duì)策建議。研究表明,無錫市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平不高,與深圳、上海、北京、蘇州等發(fā)達(dá)城市相比,電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)薄弱,在產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等方面還有待加強(qiáng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出通過產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模集聚、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)等方面的改進(jìn),促進(jìn)無錫市電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)更好更快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Electronic information industry is an important part of national strategic emerging industry. With the development of national industrial policy, electronic information industry in China has been developing rapidly. Under the historical opportunity of promoting the development of electronic information industry in our country, Wuxi City has also accelerated the pace of development of electronic information industry. In the face of the development opportunities and challenges brought by the new policy, this paper studies the present situation and existing problems of the electronic information industry in Wuxi, evaluates the competitiveness level of the electronic information industry in Wuxi, and seize the opportunity for development. It is particularly important to promote the rapid development of electronic information industry in Wuxi. Aiming at the problem of how to evaluate the competitiveness of electronic information industry in Wuxi, this paper evaluates the competitiveness of electronic information industry in Wuxi by factor analysis, which combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Based on the relevant knowledge of economics, this paper firstly defines the concept of the industrial competitiveness of the research object, and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the competitiveness of electronic information industry. Then, starting from the current situation, characteristics and trends of the electronic information industry, this paper draws lessons from the development experience of the electronic information industry at home and abroad, from the production competitiveness, market competitiveness, The three primary indexes of innovation competitiveness construct the evaluation index system of regional electronic information industry competitiveness. Finally, using factor analysis, this paper empirically analyzes the comprehensive competitiveness of 13 developed cities of electronic information industry in China, and compares the score of competitiveness of electronic information industry between Wuxi and other developed cities. This paper explores the influencing factors of the competitiveness of Wuxi electronic information industry, combines the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis results, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the rapid and healthy development of Wuxi electronic information industry. The research shows that the competitiveness level of electronic information industry in Wuxi is not high. Compared with developed cities such as Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing and Suzhou, the foundation of electronic information industry is relatively weak. Technical innovation and other aspects need to be strengthened. On this basis, this paper proposes to promote the better and faster development of Wuxi electronic information industry through the improvement of industrial scale agglomeration, structure optimization, technological innovation, talent training and so on.
