【摘要】：針對產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟績效評價過程中存在的不確定性問題,文章提出了一種新的基于區(qū)間直覺模糊集的產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟績效群評價方法。分析了影響產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟績效評價的主要影響因素,并利用區(qū)間直覺模糊集的評價標度來描述產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟績效評價中存在的不確定性和模糊性。對群決策中存在的專家博弈問題,提出采信大多數(shù)意見的方式對群專家信息進行集結(jié),給出一種產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟績效群評價方法。最后實證分析了某區(qū)域內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟績效評價過程,驗證了研究方法的合理性和可行性。
[Abstract]:To solve the uncertainty problems of industrial economy in the process of performance evaluation, this paper puts forward a new industrial economic performance group evaluation method based on interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are analyzed. The main factors affecting the industrial economic performance evaluation, scale to describe the industrial economic performance evaluation of the uncertainty and fuzziness of evaluation and utilization interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The expert game problems in group decision making, the adoption of majority opinion of aggregation of group information of experts, given a group of industrial economic performance evaluation method. Finally the empirical analysis of the industrial economic performance evaluation process in a certain region, verify the rationality and feasibility of the research method.
