【摘要】：塞爾維亞是中東歐地區(qū)礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)程度較低的國(guó)家,采礦業(yè)發(fā)展意愿強(qiáng)烈,目前是各國(guó)礦業(yè)企業(yè)前往塞爾維亞投資的好時(shí)機(jī)。本文以礦業(yè)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)為切入點(diǎn),綜合分析了塞爾維亞的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、投資政策、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和礦業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合塞爾維亞發(fā)展訴求及未來發(fā)展規(guī)劃,為相關(guān)企業(yè)在塞爾維亞投資提供建議:礦產(chǎn)資源開發(fā)合作以鋰礦和煤炭為重點(diǎn);發(fā)電站建設(shè)以水電站建設(shè)為優(yōu)先選擇項(xiàng)目。文章最后指出中塞合作應(yīng)充分考慮中塞互補(bǔ)性,發(fā)揮技術(shù)和資金優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)合作共贏。
[Abstract]:Serbia is a country with low level of exploitation of mineral resources in Central and Eastern Europe, and has a strong willingness to develop the mining industry. Now is a good time for mining enterprises from all over the world to invest in Serbia. This paper comprehensively analyzes the political and economic situation and investment policy of Serbia from the perspective of mining industry and related industries. The present situation of infrastructure and mining development, combined with Serbia's development demands and future development plans, provides advice for related enterprises to invest in Serbia: mineral resources development cooperation focuses on lithium ore and coal; The paper points out that the cooperation between China and Serbia should take full account of the complementarities of China and Serbia, give full play to the advantages of technology and capital, and realize the win-win cooperation.
