【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是社會(huì)發(fā)展所必須經(jīng)歷一個(gè)歷史時(shí)期,是經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的客觀趨勢(shì)和必然要求,城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化是密不可分的,二者相輔相成。我國(guó)已進(jìn)入改革開(kāi)放深水區(qū),正處于轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵階段,城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展也進(jìn)入了新階段。新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展已上升至國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,肩負(fù)著擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需,促進(jìn)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的歷史重任。作為定位于北方經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的天津,如何推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展,提升經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平,促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是必須要解決的問(wèn)題,具有重要的歷史意義。本文收集了有關(guān)新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)材料,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展歷程、現(xiàn)狀、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、理論等進(jìn)行了總結(jié)、分析和研判。根據(jù)對(duì)相關(guān)理論的理解,參考當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從規(guī)劃角度、土地集約節(jié)約利用角度、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局角度闡述了在新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的背景下,產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展需要注意的問(wèn)題,指出了發(fā)展方向和策略。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a historical period that social development must go through. It is the objective trend and inevitable requirement of economic and social development. Urbanization and industrialization are inseparable. China has entered the deep water area of reform and opening up, is in the crucial stage of transformation and upgrading, the development of urbanization has entered a new stage. The new type of urbanization development has risen to the national strategy, shouldering the burden of expanding domestic demand. As the economic center of the north, how to promote the development of new urbanization, improve the level of economic development and promote sustainable development is a problem that must be solved. It has important historical significance. This paper collects the related documents about the development of new urbanization, summarizes the development course, current situation, experience, theory and so on of the new urbanization at home and abroad. According to the understanding of the relevant theories, referring to the current economic development situation, from the perspective of planning, land intensive conservation, industrial layout perspective elaborated in the context of the development of new urbanization. The development of industrial park needs to pay attention to, pointed out the development direction and strategy.
