【摘要】:我國正在迎來一個(gè)“旅游+”時(shí)代的到來。國家旅游局局長(zhǎng)李金早先生提出“旅游+”的概念,就是充分發(fā)揮旅游業(yè)的融合能力,發(fā)揮拉動(dòng)、催化和集成功能,為其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供旅游平臺(tái),產(chǎn)生新業(yè)態(tài)。江蘇省作為經(jīng)濟(jì)大省,不僅工業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)好,而且旅游業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。但是快速城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)化帶來了環(huán)境污染、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡等問題。在“旅游+”新時(shí)代,研究江蘇省旅游業(yè)融合發(fā)展模式,對(duì)江蘇省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),具有重要意義。產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)是產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的基礎(chǔ)和前提,產(chǎn)業(yè)之間必須有關(guān)聯(lián)才能夠發(fā)生產(chǎn)業(yè)融合。論文基于產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)的視角,以江蘇省2007年和2012年的投入產(chǎn)出表為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用投入產(chǎn)出模型,分析江蘇省旅游關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)特征、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、中間投入、中間需求、影響力水平和感應(yīng)度水平,以及江蘇省旅游業(yè)與關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)狀態(tài)。運(yùn)用投入產(chǎn)出分析方法,定量分析江蘇省旅游業(yè)的整體發(fā)展情況,以及江蘇省旅游業(yè)與關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)程度,分析江蘇省旅游業(yè)與關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合狀態(tài)和融合程度。通過分析得出如下結(jié)論:第一,江蘇省旅游業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況良好具有一定的投資吸引力,帶動(dòng)就業(yè)狀況改善,越來越成為依賴國內(nèi)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)的最終消費(fèi)型產(chǎn)業(yè)。第二,江蘇省旅游業(yè)對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)表現(xiàn)出較強(qiáng)勁的需求拉動(dòng)作用和支撐推動(dòng)作用,江蘇省旅游業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)程度不斷加強(qiáng),融合程度不斷提高。第三,江蘇省旅游業(yè)對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)表現(xiàn)出更強(qiáng)勁的間接影響力,旅游業(yè)與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)之間缺乏主動(dòng)融合的動(dòng)力。第四,江蘇省旅游業(yè)的中間投入率較大,對(duì)上游產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性、融合程度較強(qiáng),江蘇省旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到較強(qiáng)的需求拉動(dòng)作用。第五,江蘇省旅游業(yè)與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體關(guān)聯(lián)程度不高,與關(guān)聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合程度不是很理想。綜上所述,江蘇省旅游業(yè)要樹立“大旅游”的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,發(fā)揮其“中間人”的角色,既要與上游產(chǎn)業(yè)和下游產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合,也要在旅游業(yè)內(nèi)部加強(qiáng)關(guān)聯(lián)性,提高融合度。根據(jù)結(jié)論,從宏觀政策環(huán)境方面提出的建議是放松行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入管制、加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)制度建設(shè);從融合路徑方面提出的建議是旅游業(yè)基于技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)、資源和功能四個(gè)路徑與其他產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)生有序融合;從人才培養(yǎng)方面提出的建議是加強(qiáng)學(xué)校教育、在職教育以及復(fù)合性人才的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:China is ushered in the arrival of a "tourism" era. Mr. Li Jinzao, director of the National Tourism Administration, put forward the concept of "tourism", which is to give full play to the ability of tourism integration, pull, catalyze and integrate functions. Jiangsu Province, as a big economic province, not only has a good foundation of industrial development, but also the rapid development of tourism. But rapid urbanization and industrialization have brought environmental pollution. In the new era of "tourism", this paper studies the integrated development mode of tourism industry in Jiangsu Province, and the transformation and upgrading of the economic development mode and industrial structure of Jiangsu Province. Industrial association is the foundation and premise of industrial convergence, and industry must be related in order to produce industrial convergence. This paper is based on the perspective of industrial association. Based on the input-output table of Jiangsu Province in 2007 and 2012, this paper analyzes the industrial characteristics, economic benefits, intermediate input and intermediate demand of tourism related industries in Jiangsu Province by using input-output model. The influence level and sensitivity level, as well as the related state of tourism and related industries in Jiangsu Province, are analyzed quantitatively by the method of input-output analysis. As well as the correlation degree between tourism and related industries in Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the fusion status and degree of tourism and related industries in Jiangsu Province. The conclusions are as follows: first. Jiangsu Province tourism has a good operating situation has a certain investment attraction, leading to the improvement of employment conditions, more and more dependent on the domestic consumer market as the final consumer industry. Second. Jiangsu tourism industry to other industries of the national economy showed a stronger demand pull and support role, Jiangsu Province tourism and other industries continue to strengthen the degree of connection, the degree of convergence continues to improve. Tourism industry in Jiangsu Province shows stronger indirect influence on other industries of the national economy. There is no active integration power between tourism industry and other industries of the national economy. 4th, the intermediate investment rate of tourism industry in Jiangsu Province is larger. For the upstream industry, the degree of integration is strong, the development of tourism in Jiangsu Province plays a strong role in the national economic development. 5th. The whole connection degree between tourism and other industries in Jiangsu Province is not high, and the degree of integration with related industries is not ideal. In summary, the tourism industry in Jiangsu Province should establish the scientific development view of "big tourism". Give play to its "middleman" role, not only with upstream industry and downstream industries to achieve industrial integration, but also in the tourism industry to strengthen the relevance, improve the degree of integration, according to the conclusion. The suggestions from the macro policy environment are to relax the regulation of industry entry and strengthen the construction of market system. The suggestion from the integration path is that the four paths of tourism based on technology, market, resource and function will converge with other industries in an orderly way. The suggestion from the aspect of talent training is to strengthen school education, on-the-job education and the cultivation of compound talents.
