【摘要】:自進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)90年代以來,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了高速增長。但是08年的全球金融危機(jī)讓人們意識(shí)我國目前的粗放型的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長動(dòng)力已經(jīng)不能持續(xù)的給國家經(jīng)濟(jì)注入動(dòng)力。經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)已迫在眉睫。在此背景下我國提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),確定重點(diǎn)發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)為新一代信息技術(shù)、新能源、生物技術(shù)、新能源汽車、節(jié)能環(huán)保、高端裝備制造及新材料。本文基于DEA-Tobit兩階段法,從戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)上市公司的角度對(duì)七大產(chǎn)業(yè)下細(xì)分29個(gè)行業(yè)的技術(shù)效率及影響因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果得出節(jié)能電力電子設(shè)備、3D領(lǐng)域、風(fēng)電、智能電網(wǎng)、節(jié)能建材、生物醫(yī)藥、鋰電池、稀土功能材料、整車這9個(gè)行業(yè)的綜合技術(shù)效率為1,其他行業(yè)均存在不同程度的無效狀況。本文還對(duì)各公司的技術(shù)效率情況進(jìn)行分析,并給出了如何提高技術(shù)效率的建議。在影響企業(yè)綜合技術(shù)效率的因素方面,本文選定資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率、企業(yè)規(guī)模、第一大股東持股、員工受教育程度和管理水平這5個(gè)指標(biāo)來討論,最終通過Tobit回歸分析得出企業(yè)規(guī)模、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率和員工受教育程度對(duì)企業(yè)的綜合技術(shù)效率有顯著性的影響,并且這三個(gè)影響因素與企業(yè)技術(shù)效率呈現(xiàn)正相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s. China's economy has achieved rapid growth. In this context, our country proposes to develop strategic emerging industries, determine the key industries for the new generation of information technology, new energy, biotechnology, new energy vehicles, energy conservation and environmental protection. High-end equipment manufacturing and new materials. This paper is based on DEA-Tobit two-stage method. From the perspective of listed companies of strategic emerging industries, the technical efficiency and influencing factors of 29 industries subdivided under the seven major industries are analyzed. The results show that energy saving power electronic equipment can be used in 3D field, wind power generation and smart grid. Energy saving building materials, biomedicine, lithium batteries, rare earth functional materials, the vehicle of these nine industries comprehensive technical efficiency of 1. Other industries have different degrees of invalidity. This paper also analyzes the technical efficiency of each company, and gives some suggestions on how to improve the technical efficiency. This paper selects the asset-liability ratio, enterprise size, the largest shareholder shareholding, employee education level and management level to discuss these five indicators, and finally through Tobit regression analysis to get the enterprise size. The ratio of assets and liabilities and the level of employee education have a significant influence on the comprehensive technical efficiency of the enterprise, and these three factors have a positive correlation with the technical efficiency of the enterprise.
