【摘要】：利用各產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)人力資源配置的貢獻(xiàn)率和協(xié)調(diào)適配度評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)國(guó)有林區(qū)人力資源配置與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性進(jìn)行測(cè)度的結(jié)果表明:國(guó)有林區(qū)人力資源配置與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的協(xié)調(diào)性處于初級(jí)協(xié)同適配階段,主要表現(xiàn)為人力資源在產(chǎn)業(yè)部門(mén)中的配置不盡合理且層次較低,職工主要集中于以第一產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè);第二產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不具規(guī)模,吸納富余職工的能力有限;而第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展效率呈現(xiàn)逐漸提高的態(tài)勢(shì),后續(xù)吸納富余職工的潛力較大。進(jìn)一步對(duì)各具體森工林區(qū)進(jìn)行測(cè)算的結(jié)果表明:人力資源配置和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)適配性最好的是大興安嶺林業(yè)集團(tuán),其次是龍江森工和內(nèi)蒙古森工集團(tuán),最后是吉林森工集團(tuán)。
[Abstract]:The evaluation model of contribution rate and coordination adaptability of different industries to the allocation of human resources is used to measure the coordination between human resources allocation and industrial structure in state-owned forest regions. The coordination of human resource allocation and industrial structure in state-owned forest area is in the primary coordination stage. The main performance is that the allocation of human resources in the industrial sector is unreasonable and the level is low, and the staff and workers mainly concentrate on the basic industry, which is mainly the primary industry. The development of the secondary industry has no scale and the ability to absorb surplus workers is limited; The development efficiency of the tertiary industry is gradually improving. The potential to absorb surplus staff and workers in follow-up is great. The results of further calculation on the specific forest industry areas show that the best fit for the coordination of human resources and industrial structure is the Daxing'anling Forestry Group. The second is Longjiang Forest Industry and Inner Mongolia Forest Industry Group, and finally Jilin Forest Industry Group.
