【摘要】:高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對地區(qū)的科技發(fā)展實力有重要影響,進(jìn)而影響地區(qū)綜合發(fā)展水平,而自主創(chuàng)新是高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的動力和提升地區(qū)競爭力的必由之路。近十年來,云南省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)獲得了一定的發(fā)展,在云南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用不斷增強(qiáng),但在我國省區(qū)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力排名中,仍處于平均水平以下。全文共六章,第一章是緒論,第二章是文獻(xiàn)綜述,第三章是云南省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀,從總體上分析近十三年來云南省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的歷程。第四章結(jié)合已有研究,以云南省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實際情況為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力評價體系。利用主成分分析法,選取“十五”、“十一五”、“十二五”三個時段,對全國各省區(qū)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行了動態(tài)評價,利用Geoda095i軟件得到聚類分析圖,并使用對比分析的方法找出云南省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的不足。第五章運用多元統(tǒng)計分析方法,從技術(shù)研發(fā)階段和商品化階段出發(fā),分別對云南省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的影響因素進(jìn)行實證分析,并提出相關(guān)政策建議。第六章是全文總結(jié)與展望。研究結(jié)果表明:第一,近十三年來云南省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力不斷提升,自主創(chuàng)新能力位于西部地區(qū)前列,但與東部省份差距較大。第二,云南省高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)階段存在創(chuàng)新人才密度低、高端人才少、科技活動經(jīng)費籌集額渠道少、創(chuàng)新環(huán)境不完善、技術(shù)引進(jìn)吸收較明顯的問題。第三,在自主創(chuàng)新研發(fā)階段,RD人員投入強(qiáng)度、企業(yè)規(guī)模、高校RD項目數(shù)對自主創(chuàng)新能力提升顯著正相關(guān);在商品化階段,國內(nèi)技術(shù)交流、企業(yè)規(guī)模、政府支持、高等學(xué)校RD項目數(shù)對自主創(chuàng)新能力影響顯著,RD人員投入與自主創(chuàng)新能力提升成偏“U”型關(guān)系。在高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新過程中,RD資金投入、引進(jìn)國外技術(shù)、政府支持力度與自主創(chuàng)新能力相關(guān)性不顯著。
[Abstract]:The development of high-tech industry has an important impact on the strength of regional scientific and technological development, and then affects the level of regional comprehensive development. Independent innovation is the driving force of the development of high-tech industry and the only way to enhance regional competitiveness. In the past ten years, the high-tech industry in Yunnan Province has achieved certain development, and the role in the economic development of Yunnan Province has been increasing. However, in the ranking of independent innovation ability of high-tech industries in China, it is still below the average level. There are six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter is the literature review. The third chapter is the current situation of independent innovation ability of high-tech industry in Yunnan Province, and analyzes the process of independent innovation of high-tech industry in Yunnan province in the past 13 years. Chapter 4th combines the existing research. Based on the actual development of high-tech industry in Yunnan Province, the evaluation system of independent innovation ability of high-tech industry is constructed. By using principal component analysis, "15" and "11th Five-Year Plan" are selected. In the third period of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the independent innovation ability of high-tech industry in all provinces and regions of China was evaluated dynamically, and the cluster analysis map was obtained by using Geoda095i software. And using the method of comparative analysis to find out the lack of high-tech industry development in Yunnan Province. Chapter 5th uses multivariate statistical analysis method from the stage of technology research and development and commercialization stage. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the independent innovation ability of high-tech industries in Yunnan Province, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations. Chapter 6th is the summary and prospect of the full text. The research results show that: first. In the past 13 years, the independent innovation capability of high-tech industry in Yunnan Province has been continuously improved, and the independent innovation ability is in the forefront of the western region, but it is far behind the eastern provinces. Yunnan high-tech industry at the present stage there are low density of innovative talents, less high-end talent, less channels for raising funds for scientific and technological activities, imperfect innovation environment, and obvious problems of technology introduction and absorption. Third. In the stage of independent innovation R & D, R D personnel input intensity, enterprise scale and the number of R D projects in colleges and universities are significantly positively related to the improvement of independent innovation ability. In the stage of commercialization, domestic technology exchange, enterprise scale, government support and the number of R D projects in colleges and universities have a significant impact on the ability of independent innovation. The relationship between R D personnel input and independent innovation ability is partial "U" type. In the process of independent innovation in high-tech industry, R D investment and foreign technology are introduced. There is no significant correlation between government support and independent innovation ability.
