【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟不斷向全球化趨勢發(fā)展,為了促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,提高產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力,世界各國對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群這一發(fā)展模式的重視逐漸提高,而作為具有相關(guān)性高、系統(tǒng)性強的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè),產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已成為其發(fā)展的基本趨勢。汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群主要通過地域上的集中,對集群內(nèi)各個企業(yè)進行詳細分工,不斷提高生產(chǎn)效率,同時降低成本以及增強對市場的反應(yīng)速度,來提高汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力。汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)作為廣西八大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,對廣西的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。近年來,廣西在汽車整車以及汽車發(fā)動機的制造方面已取得很大成就,并以此為依托,不斷促進專用車、貨車以及汽車零部件等相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,形成了以柳州為核心,玉林、南寧、桂林圍繞在其周邊的具有一定規(guī)模的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級,進一步加強汽車研發(fā)體系、生產(chǎn)體系和供應(yīng)銷售體系的建設(shè)。本文從供應(yīng)鏈的角度,對廣西汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力進行深入系統(tǒng)的研究,通過定性、定量方法分析,對廣西汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力進行客觀準確的評價,并提出提升汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的相關(guān)對策和意見,對廣西汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。本文首先闡述供應(yīng)鏈與產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)概念,找出兩者之間的相互關(guān)系,并運用供應(yīng)鏈的思想來分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的形成。在供應(yīng)鏈的視角下分析產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的影響因素并建立產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的評價指標。然后對廣西汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,運用供應(yīng)鏈的思想闡述廣西汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成途徑、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及特點,并找出其中不足之處。廣西汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的優(yōu)勢條件有:地區(qū)對汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持、相關(guān)及配套產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、產(chǎn)業(yè)人才及科研實力優(yōu)勢等。其阻礙廣西汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的因素有:自主研發(fā)能力弱及核心技術(shù)缺乏、國際競爭力弱等。最后根據(jù)搜集整理得出的數(shù)據(jù),通過構(gòu)建一個關(guān)于汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的評價模型,運用主成分分析法對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力進行分析評價。提出廣西產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的政策措施,如加大供應(yīng)鏈核心企業(yè)實力、加大供應(yīng)鏈上下游企業(yè)配置、發(fā)揮政府調(diào)節(jié)作用等來提升汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy towards globalization, in order to promote the rapid development of regional economy and improve the competitiveness of industry, countries in the world pay more and more attention to the development model of industrial cluster, and as a highly relevant. With a strong system of automobile industry, industrial cluster has become the basic trend of its development. Automobile industry cluster mainly through the regional concentration, to each enterprise in the cluster of detailed division of labor, constantly improve production efficiency. In order to improve the competitiveness of automobile industry, automobile industry, as one of the eight pillar industries in Guangxi, plays an important role in Guangxi's economic development in recent years. Guangxi has made great achievements in the manufacture of automobile whole vehicle and automobile engine. Based on this, Guangxi has continuously promoted the development of special vehicle, freight car and automobile parts and other related industries, forming Liuzhou as the core. Yulin, Nanning and Guilin around its surrounding automobile industry clusters with a certain scale, accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and further strengthen the automotive R & D system. From the point of view of supply chain, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the competitiveness of Guangxi automobile industry cluster, and analyzes it by qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper makes an objective and accurate evaluation on the competitiveness of Guangxi automobile industry cluster, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of automobile industry cluster. It is of great significance to the development of Guangxi automobile industry cluster. Firstly, this paper expounds the related concepts of supply chain and industrial cluster, and finds out the relationship between them. In the view of supply chain, the influencing factors of industrial cluster competitiveness are analyzed and the evaluation index of industrial cluster competitiveness is established. Then, Guangxi automobile industry cluster is developed. An analysis of presentation. Using the thought of supply chain, this paper expounds the forming way, the present situation and the characteristics of Guangxi automobile industry cluster, and finds out the deficiency among them. The advantages of Guangxi automobile industry cluster are: the regional support to automobile industry. The advantages of related and supporting industries, industrial talents and scientific research strength, etc. The factors that hinder the development of Guangxi automobile industry cluster are as follows: weak independent R & D ability and lack of core technology. Finally, according to the data collected and collated, we build an evaluation model about the competitiveness of automobile industry cluster. This paper analyzes and evaluates the competitiveness of industrial clusters by principal component analysis, and puts forward some policies and measures for the development of Guangxi industrial clusters, such as increasing the strength of supply chain core enterprises and increasing the upstream and downstream allocation of supply chain enterprises. Play the role of government regulation to improve the competitiveness of automobile industry clusters.
