【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產業(yè),對人民生產、生活影響重大。建筑業(yè)內細分產業(yè)的孕育及成長與經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展密不可分,實現(xiàn)細分產業(yè)結構協(xié)調是建筑業(yè)供給側改革的內容之一,也是實現(xiàn)建筑業(yè)轉型升級的必由之路,對產業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大意義。研究建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)結構演化問題,有助于完善建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)理論基礎,對建筑業(yè)產業(yè)發(fā)展實踐也具有一定的借鑒意義。本文打破了以往建筑業(yè)研究囿于狹義范疇的慣例,將勞務分包業(yè)、工程服務類產業(yè)也歸入建筑業(yè)內,對國內外建筑相關產業(yè)、產品體系進行對比分析后,構建我國建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)分類體系。隨后,選取2011年至2013年的建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)營業(yè)收入、企業(yè)個數(shù)及從業(yè)人數(shù)進行細分產業(yè)結構現(xiàn)狀分析,并建立偏離—份額模型,研究短期內細分產業(yè)的營業(yè)收入變動情況。細分產業(yè)結構現(xiàn)狀表明:建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)結構現(xiàn)狀并不樂觀,房屋建筑業(yè)占比大、增速快,是建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的主要推動力;勞務分包業(yè)地位十分薄弱,生存空間狹窄;勘察設計業(yè)盈利高、增速快;工程監(jiān)理業(yè)、招標代理業(yè)與造價咨詢業(yè)經(jīng)濟份額小,增長速度慢,產業(yè)發(fā)展不理想。從歷史進程角度梳理建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)演化過程,揭示產業(yè)源起的歷史背景,構造施工建造業(yè)三維結構空間模型,并依據(jù)總產值數(shù)據(jù)建立Logistic增長模型,然后選取2010年至2015年工程服務業(yè)的規(guī)模結構指標進行分析,最后簡要闡明建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)結構演化機理,并據(jù)此提出建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化政策建議。細分產業(yè)結構演化歷程表明:房屋建筑業(yè)已度過增長迅猛期,頹勢漸顯;近年來,施工建造業(yè)中各細分產業(yè)陸續(xù)進入產業(yè)衰退期,產業(yè)更新迫在眉睫;工程服務業(yè)中勘察設計業(yè)獨占鰲頭,工程監(jiān)理業(yè)人員流失現(xiàn)象嚴重;細分產業(yè)結構演化具有橫展性與縱深性雙重特征,在市場需求、技術創(chuàng)新、政策調控三重動力下不斷發(fā)展,且細分產業(yè)經(jīng)濟傳導路徑與建筑產品生產流程密切相關;建筑業(yè)細分產業(yè)結構優(yōu)化要著力于培育產業(yè)發(fā)展新動能與產業(yè)比例關系調整。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy, which has a great impact on people's production and life. The breeding and growth of subdivision industry in construction industry is closely related to the rapid development of economy. To realize the coordination of subdivision industrial structure is one of the contents of the supply-side reform of the construction industry, and is also the only way to realize the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. It is of great significance to the sustainable development of industry. It is helpful to improve the theoretical basis of subdivision industry of construction industry by studying the evolution of industrial structure of subdivision of construction industry. This paper breaks the convention that the research of the construction industry is limited to narrow scope and subcontracts the labor service industry and the engineering service industry into the construction industry. After the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign construction related industries and product systems, the construction of China's construction industry subdivision industry classification system. Subsequently, select the construction industry subdivision income from 2011 to 2013. The number of enterprises and the number of employees to analyze the status quo of the subdivision of industrial structure, and the establishment of a deviation-share model. This paper studies the changes of operating income of subdivision industries in the short term. The current situation of subdivision industrial structure shows that the current situation of subdivision industrial structure of construction industry is not optimistic, the proportion of housing construction industry is large, and the growth rate is fast. Is the main driving force of the development of the construction industry; The status of labor subcontracting industry is very weak and the living space is narrow; The investigation and design industry has high profit and fast growth; Engineering supervision industry, bidding agency industry and cost consulting industry have a small economic share, slow growth rate, not ideal industrial development. From the perspective of historical process, this paper combs the evolution process of construction industry subdivision, and reveals the historical background of the origin of industry. The three-dimensional structure spatial model of construction and construction industry is constructed, and the Logistic growth model is established according to the data of gross output value. Then selected from 2010 to 2015 engineering service industry scale structure indicators were analyzed, and finally a brief explanation of the evolution mechanism of the construction industry subdivision industrial structure. Based on this, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for optimizing the industrial structure of the construction industry. The evolution course of the subdivision industrial structure shows that the housing construction has passed through the period of rapid growth and the trend of decline has gradually become apparent; In recent years, the subdivision industries in the construction industry have entered the period of industrial decline one after another, and the renewal of the industry is imminent. In the engineering service industry, the survey and design industry dominates, and the phenomenon of personnel loss in the engineering supervision industry is serious. The evolution of subdivision industrial structure has the dual characteristics of horizontal development and depth. It has been developing continuously under the triple driving force of market demand, technological innovation and policy regulation and control. And the economic transmission path of subdivision industry is closely related to the production process of construction products; In order to optimize the industrial structure of construction industry, it is necessary to cultivate the new kinetic energy of industrial development and adjust the proportion of industry.
