【摘要】： 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的新形勢,各行各業(yè)都面臨如何迎接挑戰(zhàn)和把握機(jī)遇的問題,道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)也不例外。我國道路旅客運(yùn)輸業(yè)經(jīng)歷20多年的快速發(fā)展,取得了很大成績,極大地促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展。但是道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的管理卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)滯后于日益變化的行業(yè)發(fā)展步伐,并已成為當(dāng)前道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段的瓶頸問題.面對(duì)激烈的市場競爭,如何正確規(guī)劃道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的前進(jìn)坐標(biāo)系,如何為道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)贏得持續(xù)的市場競爭力,已經(jīng)成為道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的重大課題。每個(gè)道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)迫切需要正確的理論指導(dǎo)和切實(shí)可行的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,最重要的莫過于戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)。 本文以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的一般理論為基礎(chǔ),采用理論研究與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,通過對(duì)道路客運(yùn)行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境結(jié)構(gòu)的分析,結(jié)合對(duì)道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的考察,運(yùn)用SWOT分析等幾種戰(zhàn)略管理分析模型工具對(duì)道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了深入的、系統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略分析和戰(zhàn)略歸納,并以此為主線,制定了不同等級(jí)的道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)指出實(shí)施這些戰(zhàn)略的具體措施,并對(duì)道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施制定了有效的保障。本文的研究對(duì)提升道路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的競爭力與快速發(fā)展有著重要的戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, facing the new situation of economic globalization, all kinds of industries are faced with the problem of how to meet the challenges and seize the opportunities, and the road passenger transport enterprises are no exception. After more than 20 years' rapid development, China's road passenger transport industry has made great achievements and greatly promoted the rapid development of economy and society. However, the management of road passenger transport enterprises lags far behind the ever-changing pace of industry development, and has become the bottleneck of the development of road passenger transport enterprises to a certain stage. Facing the fierce market competition, how to correctly plan the forward coordinate system of the road passenger transport enterprises and how to win the sustained market competitiveness for the road passenger transport enterprises have become an important subject for the development of the road passenger transport enterprises. Every road passenger transport enterprise urgently needs correct theoretical guidance and feasible development plan, the most important is the strategic guidance. Based on the general theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research with empirical analysis, through the analysis of the strategic environment structure of road passenger transport industry, combined with the investigation of the current situation of the development of road passenger transport enterprises. The development of road passenger transport enterprises is deeply analyzed and summarized by using several strategic management analysis model tools such as SWOT analysis, and the development strategy of road passenger transport enterprises of different grades is worked out. At the same time, the concrete measures of implementing these strategies are pointed out, and the effective guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of road passenger transport enterprises is established. The research of this paper has important strategic guiding significance to improve the competitiveness and rapid development of road passenger transport enterprises.
