【摘要】：休閑是人們生活的重要組成部分,休閑經(jīng)濟是建立在休閑的大眾化基礎之上,由休閑消費需求和休閑產(chǎn)品供給構(gòu)筑的經(jīng)濟。它是人們物質(zhì)生活層面基本需求滿足后的一種新的需求,是社會發(fā)展的必然要求。隨著科技的發(fā)展,人均收入水平的提高,休閑經(jīng)濟已經(jīng)逐漸走入人們的生活。休閑經(jīng)濟將成為城市新的經(jīng)濟增長點,影響甚至決定未來經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展方向。遼寧近幾年經(jīng)濟發(fā)展呈逐漸平緩的發(fā)展趨勢,如何利用休閑經(jīng)濟來帶動遼寧省整體經(jīng)濟的大發(fā)展,成為本文研究的目的所在。本文首先探討了休閑和休閑經(jīng)濟的內(nèi)涵、經(jīng)濟特征和產(chǎn)生條件,以及休閑經(jīng)濟在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展。其次,通過研究遼寧休閑經(jīng)濟過去和現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展,以休閑旅游和休閑文化作為休閑經(jīng)濟的代表產(chǎn)業(yè),論述了目前遼寧省在休閑消費、休閑旅游、休閑文化、休閑農(nóng)業(yè)等方面發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和問題。并且運用文獻研究法、實證分析和規(guī)范分析相結(jié)合的方法來論述省內(nèi)休閑經(jīng)濟發(fā)展所存在的問題和不足。最后,針對如何更好的發(fā)展適合省內(nèi)的休閑經(jīng)濟,如何利用休閑經(jīng)濟來帶動省內(nèi)整體經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、推進休閑經(jīng)濟社會主義和諧社會的建設,提出了引導休閑消費自主性、內(nèi)涵化發(fā)展、打造省內(nèi)休閑旅游精品、增加休閑文化內(nèi)容等方面的想法和建議,來促進休閑經(jīng)濟在遼寧省內(nèi)的健康發(fā)展,以此來用休閑經(jīng)濟推動遼寧省整體經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人文各方面的提升。
[Abstract]:Leisure is an important part of people's life. Leisure economy is based on the popularization of leisure and is constructed by leisure consumption demand and leisure product supply. It is a new demand after the basic needs of people's material life are satisfied, and it is the inevitable requirement of social development. With the development of science and technology and the improvement of per capita income, leisure economy has gradually entered people's life. Leisure economy will become a new economic growth point of the city, which will influence and even determine the direction of economic and social development in the future. In recent years, Liaoning's economic development shows a gradual and gentle development trend. How to use the leisure economy to promote the overall economic development of Liaoning Province has become the purpose of this study. This paper first discusses the connotation, economic characteristics and production conditions of leisure and leisure economy, as well as the development of leisure economy at home and abroad. Secondly, by studying the past and present development of Liaoning leisure economy, taking leisure tourism and leisure culture as the representative industry of leisure economy, this paper discusses the current leisure consumption, leisure tourism and leisure culture in Liaoning Province. Leisure agriculture and other aspects of the development of the current situation and problems. And using the method of literature research, empirical analysis and normative analysis to discuss the problems and shortcomings in the development of leisure economy in the province. Finally, in view of how to better develop the leisure economy in the province, how to use the leisure economy to promote the overall economic development of the province, and to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society of the leisure economy, the author puts forward the guidance of leisure consumption autonomy. In order to promote the healthy development of the leisure economy in Liaoning Province, the connotation of the development, the creation of provincial leisure tourism boutique, the increase of leisure cultural content and other aspects of ideas and suggestions, In order to promote the overall economic development and humanities in Liaoning Province with leisure economy.
