【摘要】：旅游業(yè)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,也是世界上發(fā)展最快的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,快速發(fā)展的旅游業(yè)是社會發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大動力,是提高人民物質(zhì)生活水平的有效助力更是精神文明提升的一種重要表現(xiàn)形式。旅游業(yè)是第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,大力發(fā)展旅游業(yè)符合科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的要求,也符合人民物質(zhì)文化追求以及當(dāng)今社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要;要走綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,快速轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的模式就要走發(fā)展旅游業(yè)這一道路。伴隨著社會進(jìn)步,人們觀念的改變提升和生活水平變好,人們外出旅游的觀念增強(qiáng),旅游成為了居民消費(fèi)的一部分,也是精神文明生活的一部分。發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游能夠充分挖掘出筱村鎮(zhèn)所具有的獨特的自然景觀、文化習(xí)俗、鄉(xiāng)土民俗等資源,筱村鎮(zhèn)的旅游資源豐富多樣,天然有特色,更有歷史感和發(fā)展?jié)摿?發(fā)展旅游業(yè)符合當(dāng)前筱村鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展需要,是加快鎮(zhèn)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,是運(yùn)用第三產(chǎn)業(yè)助推經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的有利表現(xiàn)�；�于旅游業(yè)具有就業(yè)門檻低,就業(yè)的方式靈活多樣,能促進(jìn)和帶動住宿、交通、娛樂等關(guān)聯(lián)的產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,可以增加更多的就業(yè)崗位,吸收農(nóng)村剩余勞動力,改變筱村鎮(zhèn)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),并且能夠有效帶動筱村鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。筱村鎮(zhèn)結(jié)合自身優(yōu)勢,緊緊抓住旅游業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)遇,積極有效挖掘歷史、原始優(yōu)勢資源,發(fā)展旅游業(yè)工作,全力打造浙南旅游名鎮(zhèn),從而實現(xiàn)筱村鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式發(fā)展。筱村鎮(zhèn)文化底蘊(yùn)深厚,筱村歷史上溯唐宋年間,境內(nèi)擁有保存完好的古村落,聞名中外的廊橋,山青水秀的自然風(fēng)光。筱村鎮(zhèn)緊緊圍繞省政府提出山區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和縣委、縣政府實施的“生態(tài)立縣、綠色崛起”戰(zhàn)略這一有利契機(jī),結(jié)合市里加大對珊溪庫周鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)扶持發(fā)展的有利時機(jī),緊緊抓住龍麗溫高速泰順支線的上馬建設(shè)和58省道筱村連接線的建成這一難得歷史機(jī)遇,充分發(fā)揮筱村鎮(zhèn)地處“烏巖嶺-飛云湖”和“廊橋-氡泉”兩大旅游板塊交匯中心的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,立足自然生態(tài),挖掘歷史文化,著力打造古民居文化園、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)休閑觀光園、飛云湖-南浦溪風(fēng)景區(qū)、旅游商貿(mào)區(qū),把建設(shè)“特色旅游生態(tài)歷史文化城鎮(zhèn)”作為筱村鎮(zhèn)今后旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的總目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Tourism is one of the most important pillar industries in the modern economy and one of the fastest growing new industries in the world. The rapid development of tourism is a powerful driving force for social development. It is an important form of spiritual civilization to improve people's material life. Tourism is an important part of the tertiary industry. The development of tourism conforms to the requirements of the scientific development view, the material and cultural pursuit of the people and the needs of social and economic development, and should follow the road of green and sustainable development. The rapid transformation of the economic growth model will take the development of tourism this road. Along with the social progress, the change of people's concept and the improvement of living standard, people's concept of traveling has become a part of the residents' consumption, and it is also a part of the spiritual civilization life. The development of rural tourism can fully excavate the unique natural landscape, cultural customs, local folk customs and other resources that Xiao villages and towns have. The tourism resources of Xiao villages and towns are rich in diversity, natural and characteristic, and have a sense of history and potential for development. The development of tourism is in line with the current economic development needs of Xiaocun town, is to speed up the economic development of the town area, is to use the tertiary industry to boost economic growth. Based on the fact that tourism has low barriers to employment, flexible and diverse forms of employment, which can promote and drive the development of related industries such as accommodation, transportation, entertainment, and so on, it can increase more jobs and absorb surplus rural labor. Change the employment structure of Xiaocun, and can effectively drive the economic development of Xiaocun. Combining with its own advantages, Xiaocun Town should seize the opportunity of tourism development, actively and effectively excavate history, primitive advantage resources, develop tourism work and build famous tourist towns in southern Zhejiang Province, so as to realize the leapfrog development of the economy of Xiaoxian towns and villages. Xiaocun has a deep cultural heritage, the history of Xiao village dates back to the Tang and Song dynasties, the territory has a well-preserved ancient village, famous Langqiao, beautiful natural scenery. Xiaocun Town closely revolved around the provincial government to put forward the mountain economic development strategy and the county party committee and county government to implement the "ecological county, green rise" strategy of the favorable opportunity, combined with the city to increase support for the development of Shanxi Kuzhou Township favorable opportunity. Seizing the rare historical opportunity of the construction of the Longliwen High Speed Taishun spur Line and the completion of the Xiao Village Connect Line of the 58 Provincial Road, To give full play to the location advantages of Xiaocun Town, which is located at the intersection center of the two major tourist plates "Wuyanling Feiyun Lake" and "Langqiao radon Spring", based on natural ecology, excavating history and culture, making great efforts to build ancient residential and cultural parks, and modern agricultural leisure and sightseeing parks, Feiyun Lake-Nanpu Creek Scenic spot, tourist trade area, take the construction of "characteristic tourism ecological historical and cultural town" as the overall goal of the future tourism development of Xiaocun town.
