【摘要】：發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游是開發(fā)農(nóng)村資源、開辟農(nóng)村消費(fèi)市場的途徑之一。隨著鄉(xiāng)村旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展中的作用日益突出,廣西各級政府越來越重視鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展,不斷研究和出臺相應(yīng)的政策進(jìn)行扶持。財政政策作為宏觀調(diào)控經(jīng)濟(jì)的一種手段,能有效地促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展,進(jìn)而推動社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。但現(xiàn)行的財政政策在促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展方面還存在一定的缺陷和不足,本文分析了廣西鄉(xiāng)村旅游現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題和財政政策的作用,并提出促進(jìn)廣西鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的財政政策建議。
[Abstract]:Developing rural tourism is one of the ways to develop rural resources and open up rural consumption market. With the increasingly prominent role of rural tourism economy in economic and social development, governments at all levels in Guangxi pay more and more attention to the development of rural tourism, and continue to study and issue corresponding policies to support it. As a means of macroeconomic regulation and control, fiscal policy can effectively promote the development of rural tourism and further promote the construction of new socialist countryside. However, the current fiscal policy still has some defects and shortcomings in promoting the development of rural tourism. This paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and the function of fiscal policy of rural tourism in Guangxi. And put forward to promote the development of rural tourism in Guangxi financial policy recommendations.
