基于動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:Production scheduling has always been the core of job shop management. An effective scheduling system or optimization technology is the basis of realizing advanced manufacturing and the key to improve production efficiency. But a good complete scheduling system not only deals with static data, it needs to be able to deal with the problem in a timely and effective manner when the data changes or the machine fails. But the real production workshop is very difficult to solve this problem in time and effectively. The job-shop scheduling problem of real-time data has always been a complicated and huge problem, whether from the timely acquisition of data and the effective processing of data, it is a subject that we need to explore continuously. In order to solve the problem that the backstage management information of the enterprise workshop is backward and the updating of real-time data is not timely, this paper takes the common manufacturing workshop as the background and uses RFID to collect the real-time data. The collaborative scheduling system based on RFID real-time information is studied and designed, and the relevant solutions are proposed according to the specific dynamic scheduling problem. The RFID real-time information cooperative scheduling system designed in this paper mainly includes data acquisition module, information query and processing module and production scheduling module. In order to give full play to the function of scheduling system and deal with the real-time information of job shop effectively, this paper introduces in detail how to use RFID technology to obtain job shop scheduling information in the first time, and the information is transmitted to the scheduling system by colleagues for processing. Realize timely online optimization. On this basis, this paper describes the specific job-shop dynamic scheduling problem, gives the mathematical model of the specific job-shop dynamic scheduling, puts forward the greedy algorithm, and then gives the hardware simulation and function realization of the system. At the same time, the dynamic scheduling and processing method of the system is simulated and simulated under the environment of Microsoft Visual C 6.0, which shows and verifies the timeliness and effectiveness of the system in dealing with dynamic data.
