基于PLC的瓦線天橋自動(dòng)糾偏控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目的研究多層瓦楞紙貼合時(shí)自動(dòng)糾偏系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。方法基于PLC和觸摸屏技術(shù),采用光幕檢測,控制防壓糾偏輪糾偏的方法,給出了系統(tǒng)的硬件配置以及PLC的軟件設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了基于光幕可以準(zhǔn)確、實(shí)時(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng)糾偏輪進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制。結(jié)論自動(dòng)糾偏控制系統(tǒng)具有良好的檢測精度和快速的響應(yīng)能力,能顯著提高瓦楞紙板質(zhì)量,在瓦楞包裝行業(yè)有良好的使用前景。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the design method of automatic correction system for multi-layer corrugated paper. Methods based on PLC and touch screen technology, the hardware configuration of the system and the software design of PLC are given. Results the experimental results show that based on the light screen can be accurate, real-time driving correction wheel for automatic control. Conclusion the automatic deviation correction control system has good detection accuracy and rapid response ability, and can improve the quality of corrugated paper board significantly. It has a good application prospect in corrugated packaging industry.
