“九牧”五金衛(wèi)浴包裝整合再設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著人們生活需求層次的提高,帶來衛(wèi)浴產(chǎn)品的變革,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下海外衛(wèi)浴品牌的侵入,給本土衛(wèi)浴品牌帶來更嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。國(guó)民品牌要想在這種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的環(huán)境下贏得市場(chǎng),除其產(chǎn)品本身的品質(zhì)外,包裝的設(shè)計(jì)也在這場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中扮演著重要角色,合理且個(gè)性的設(shè)計(jì)能提升品牌的附加值和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力!熬拍痢蔽褰鹦l(wèi)浴雖起步晚,但憑借著其優(yōu)秀的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和企業(yè)文化的滲入,在國(guó)內(nèi)乃至國(guó)外都有了一定的影響力。通過案例分析國(guó)內(nèi)外五金衛(wèi)浴包裝設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與缺點(diǎn),兼顧消費(fèi)者在購買前后的需求,將整合包裝設(shè)計(jì)融入到五金衛(wèi)浴包裝中。從對(duì)包裝的設(shè)計(jì)、儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)輸、消費(fèi)、使用、丟棄到回收包裝等整個(gè)流程都考慮全面。利用市場(chǎng)調(diào)研法和案例分析法,對(duì)各建材市場(chǎng)走訪和調(diào)查進(jìn)一步的了解九牧的企業(yè)文化和包裝上的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),針對(duì)九牧的產(chǎn)品特性進(jìn)行尺寸的測(cè)量和設(shè)計(jì)。最后運(yùn)用緩沖實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證法對(duì)試驗(yàn)包裝進(jìn)行緩沖包裝的驗(yàn)證。本次畢業(yè)創(chuàng)作不僅通過對(duì)包裝結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)來減輕產(chǎn)品受外界環(huán)境的擠壓而受到破損,還借鑒了人機(jī)工程理論,將結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用到包裝設(shè)計(jì)中,讓運(yùn)輸更加便捷,同時(shí)還采用了視覺導(dǎo)向設(shè)計(jì),讓消費(fèi)者在購買產(chǎn)品后了解產(chǎn)品的安裝程序。既增加消費(fèi)者與包裝之間的互動(dòng),還大大提升了品牌的附加值。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living needs and the reform of sanitary ware products, the invasion of overseas sanitary ware brands under the background of economic globalization has brought more severe challenges to local sanitary ware brands. In order to win the market in this competitive environment, the packaging design plays an important role in the competition, besides the quality of the product itself, the rational and individual design can enhance the brand's added value and competitiveness. Although Jiumu hardware bathroom started late, with its excellent product design and corporate culture, it has a certain influence at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of hardware sanitary ware packaging design at home and abroad, considers the needs of consumers before and after purchase, and integrates the integrated packaging design into hardware sanitary ware packaging. The whole process from packaging design, storage, transportation, consumption, usage, discard to recycling packaging is considered. By using the method of market research and case analysis, this paper makes a further study on the advantages and disadvantages of Jiumu's corporate culture and packaging, and measures and designs the size of Jiumu's products. Finally, the buffer packaging was verified by the method of buffer experiment. This graduation creation not only reduces the products being damaged by the external environment through the design of the packaging structure, but also draws lessons from the ergonomics theory and applies the structural design to the packaging design to make transportation more convenient. At the same time, the use of visual-oriented design, so that consumers in the purchase of products after the understanding of the product installation procedures. Not only increase consumer and packaging interaction, but also greatly enhance the added value of the brand.
