電機(jī)艙段圓柱殼體振動(dòng)聲輻射研究

【摘要】:電機(jī)艙段圓柱殼體是水下航行器(魚(yú)雷、潛艇等)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)形式,研究它的振動(dòng)和聲輻射特性有助于揭示航行器噪聲輻射的機(jī)理,對(duì)提高其在水中的隱蔽性和進(jìn)行低噪聲聲學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)有著重要的意義。本論文以水下航行器電機(jī)艙段圓柱殼體的振動(dòng)及噪聲輻射為背景,采用試驗(yàn)與數(shù)值仿真相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)空氣中電機(jī)艙段殼體結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)及聲輻射特性進(jìn)行了分析,并研究了環(huán)肋、阻尼和激勵(lì)力等因素對(duì)圓柱殼體結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)和聲輻射的影響。 對(duì)圓柱殼體簡(jiǎn)單模型在空氣中進(jìn)行單點(diǎn)力激勵(lì)試驗(yàn),并利用有限元、流體邊界元法對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行仿真分析,計(jì)算得到的噪聲輻射與試驗(yàn)測(cè)量結(jié)果吻合,表明本文數(shù)值分析方法是正確的。采用有限元、流體邊界元法作為研究圓柱殼體結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)與聲輻射的基礎(chǔ),對(duì)加肋殼體模型的振動(dòng)聲輻射特性進(jìn)行研究,討論了環(huán)肋數(shù)量及分布形式對(duì)殼體振動(dòng)和噪聲輻射的影響。結(jié)果表明肋骨數(shù)量變化對(duì)殼體結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)聲輻射特性的影響較大,而在相同環(huán)肋數(shù)量情況下,環(huán)肋分布形式對(duì)振動(dòng)聲輻射的影響相對(duì)要小。對(duì)電機(jī)艙段原型結(jié)構(gòu),研究了阻尼和激勵(lì)力對(duì)艙段殼體振動(dòng)聲輻射的影響。與加肋殼體模型分析方法相同,應(yīng)用有限元、流體邊界元法分別計(jì)算了阻尼與力激勵(lì)對(duì)原型殼體結(jié)構(gòu)振動(dòng)聲輻射特性的影響。數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:在殼內(nèi)增加阻尼層厚度以及減小殼內(nèi)徑向激勵(lì)力的大小,可以有效地降低圓柱殼體的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)和向外聲場(chǎng)的輻射噪聲,對(duì)提高水下航行器的隱蔽性具有重要意義。 本文對(duì)圓柱殼體簡(jiǎn)單模型和電機(jī)艙段原型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了聲振特性的數(shù)值分析和試驗(yàn)研究工作,計(jì)算了空氣中圓柱殼體結(jié)構(gòu)的環(huán)肋、阻尼和激勵(lì)力等因素對(duì)殼體振動(dòng)特性和聲輻射特性的影響并得出了相關(guān)結(jié)論。為深入研究水下航行器電機(jī)艙段殼體結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)和噪聲輻射問(wèn)題打下基礎(chǔ),對(duì)電機(jī)艙段殼體結(jié)構(gòu)聲學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The cylindrical shell of the electric engine room is the basic structural form of underwater vehicle (torpedo, submarine, etc.). The study of its vibration and sound radiation characteristics is helpful to reveal the mechanism of noise radiation. It is of great significance to improve its concealment in water and to design low noise acoustics. Based on the vibration and noise radiation of underwater vehicle motor cabin cylindrical shell, the vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics of motor cabin shell structure in air are analyzed by using the method of experiment and numerical simulation. The effects of ring rib, damping force and excitation force on vibration and acoustic radiation of cylindrical shell are studied. The simple model of cylindrical shell is tested by single point force excitation in air. The model is simulated by finite element method and fluid boundary element method. The calculated noise radiation is in agreement with the measured results. It is shown that the numerical analysis method in this paper is correct. The finite element method and the fluid boundary element method are used to study the vibration and acoustic radiation of cylindrical shell structure, and the characteristics of vibration and acoustic radiation of the stiffened shell model are studied. The effects of the number and distribution of ring ribs on shell vibration and noise radiation are discussed. The results show that the variation of the number of ribs has a great influence on the acoustic radiation characteristics of the shell structure, but the distribution of the ring ribs has a relatively small effect on the vibration sound radiation under the same number of ring ribs. The effects of damping and excitation forces on the vibration and acoustic radiation of the cabin shell are studied for the prototype structure of the motor cabin. The effects of damping and force excitation on the acoustic radiation characteristics of the prototype shell structure are calculated by finite element method and fluid boundary element method respectively. The numerical results show that increasing the thickness of the damping layer and reducing the radial excitation force in the shell can effectively reduce the vibration response of the cylindrical shell and the radiated noise of the outward sound field. It is of great significance to improve the concealment of underwater vehicle. In this paper, the simple model of cylindrical shell and the prototype structure of motor cabin are numerically analyzed and experimentally studied, and the ring ribs of cylindrical shell structure in air are calculated. The effects of damping force and excitation force on the vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics of the shell are discussed. It lays a foundation for the deep study of vibration and noise radiation of underwater vehicle motor cabin shell structure, and has certain reference value for the acoustic design of motor cabin shell structure.
