基于產品設計的典型彈性體材料美學性能研究及應用

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)設計產業(yè)的發(fā)展,對產品設計師提出關注材料美學性能的更高要求。彈性體材料作為工業(yè)設計幾大重要材料之一,目前國內對其美學性能的研究尚屬初始階段,成果很少。所以,以產品設計的角度對彈性體材料的美學性能進行研究是當下一個重要課題。 本文以產品設計的角度,依據(jù)《橡膠制品生產手冊》、《橡膠品種與性能手冊》等五本相關書籍確定了以天然橡膠、丁苯橡膠、丁腈橡膠等19種典型彈性體材料為研究對象。研究了典型彈性體材料的美學性能、設計相關技術屬性和主要用途,美學性能研究以視覺屬性、觸覺屬性、心理感覺屬性為主,研究視覺屬性相關的內容有顏色、透明度,折射率,研究觸覺屬性相關的內容有密度、硬度、壓縮強度、拉伸強度、回彈率、伸長率,研究相關技術性包括使用溫度范圍等。心理感覺屬性通過感性工學問卷調查的形式,得出材料心理感覺詞匯的差量平均數(shù)。 依托材料手冊數(shù)據(jù),以產品設計的角度繪制出方便設計師參考的典型彈性體材料選擇圖冊,圖冊包括美學性能選擇圖及其它技術性能選擇圖。性能選擇圖分為單項選擇圖和雙項選擇圖兩種形式。從選擇圖可以得出不同彈性體材料性能高低排序的結論以及兩種屬性的綜合性能范圍,將彈性體材料性能區(qū)別通過選擇圖可視化,并搜集具體產品實例圖片與廠家信息供設計人員參考。 最后通過兒童餐具的設計,調查了人機工程學的相關數(shù)據(jù),設計出造型、色彩滿足功能的方案,應用所繪制的彈性體材料選擇圖,從七種備選材料中選擇出合適的材料,并且所搜集的廠家信息為實際生產提供了便利。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial design industry, product designers are required to pay more attention to the aesthetic properties of materials. As one of the most important materials in industrial design, the research on the aesthetic properties of elastomer materials is still in the initial stage. Therefore, it is an important subject to study the aesthetic properties of elastomer materials from the point of view of product design. In this paper, 19 typical elastomer materials, such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber and so on, are selected as the research objects according to the production Manual of Rubber products and the Manual of Rubber varieties and Properties. The aesthetic properties of typical elastomer materials are studied, and the related technical properties and main uses are designed. The aesthetic properties are mainly visual attributes, tactile attributes, psychological attributes, and the related contents of visual properties are color and transparency. Refractive index, tactile properties related to density, hardness, compression strength, tensile strength, springback, elongation, research technology including the use of temperature range. Through the form of perceptual engineering questionnaire, the average difference of mental perception vocabulary is obtained. Based on the data of material manual, the typical elastomer material selection atlas, which is convenient for designers to refer to, is drawn from the point of view of product design. The atlas includes aesthetic performance selection drawing and other technical performance selection drawing. The performance selection diagram is divided into two forms: single selection diagram and double selection diagram. From the selection diagram, we can get the conclusion that the properties of different elastomer materials are ranked and the comprehensive performance range of the two properties, and visualize the properties of elastomer materials through the selection diagram. And collect concrete product example picture and manufacturer information for designer reference. Finally, through the design of children's cutlery, the relevant data of ergonomics are investigated, and the scheme of modeling and color satisfying the function is designed. The suitable materials are selected from the seven kinds of alternative materials by using the elastomer material selection diagram drawn by the drawing. And the information collected by the manufacturer provides convenience for actual production.
