工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:工業(yè)門是工業(yè)廠房和物流倉庫的配套設(shè)施,伴隨著工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的加速發(fā)展和物流倉庫現(xiàn)代化水平的不斷提高,工業(yè)門領(lǐng)域也在不斷的發(fā)展,人們對于工業(yè)門在使用功能和安全方面的要求也在不斷的增多。因此,對工業(yè)門的研究和設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的意義。 本文在廣泛閱讀文獻(xiàn)和調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)大型廠房以及大型工業(yè)設(shè)備的需要開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)了工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門。本文對工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門各部分設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,使用基于Windows開發(fā)的三維CAD系統(tǒng)SolidWorks軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS對工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門的主要受力部件進(jìn)行有限元分析,使其滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。本文主要有以下幾個(gè)方面的研究工作。 根據(jù)工業(yè)門技術(shù)參數(shù)和使用功能的要求,,設(shè)計(jì)了新型的工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門,介紹了其工作原理、產(chǎn)品功能以及主要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。本文對工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門的門體系統(tǒng)、軌道系統(tǒng)、平衡系統(tǒng)、密封系統(tǒng)、傳動系統(tǒng)以及五金配件進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和設(shè)計(jì),并使用SolidWorks軟件繪制其三維零件模型圖以及總體裝配圖。同時(shí)本文對開門電機(jī)的功率,提升鋼絲繩的直徑,滾輪軸的大小進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算。此外,工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門安裝完成之后外力主要承受風(fēng)載荷的作用,因此,對門板的抗風(fēng)壓性能進(jìn)行了有限元分析,使之滿足抗風(fēng)載荷的要求。 在原有機(jī)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上對停電處理機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)之后的停電處理機(jī)構(gòu)更加簡單可靠。 本文對平衡系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)用理論的方法對提升扭簧的剛度、最大轉(zhuǎn)矩、最大扭轉(zhuǎn)角進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算,確定了提升扭簧的相關(guān)參數(shù)。此外,扭簧軸是平衡系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件,通過強(qiáng)度條件和剛度條件設(shè)計(jì)扭簧軸的直徑,并對扭簧軸進(jìn)行了有限元分析,以此驗(yàn)證扭簧軸設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。 本文對工業(yè)門控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,控制系統(tǒng)是工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門的核心,充分考慮了人性化的功能要求,采用PLC對工業(yè)多段分節(jié)提升門的開啟關(guān)閉程度進(jìn)行精確控制,并且繪制了控制系統(tǒng)的流程圖。此外,對主控單元、電源單元、控制傳感器和其它電器元件進(jìn)行了選型設(shè)計(jì)。 本文對其它輔助功能也作了相應(yīng)的研究和設(shè)計(jì)。 在總結(jié)與展望中,本文對工業(yè)門的研究與設(shè)計(jì)提出了進(jìn)一步的展望,希望后續(xù)工作中從工業(yè)門提升形式、門板材料以及控制方面對工業(yè)門進(jìn)行深入的研究。
[Abstract]:Industrial door is the supporting facilities of industrial workshop and logistics warehouse. Along with the accelerated development of industrialization and the continuous improvement of modernization level of logistics warehouse, the field of industrial door is also developing continuously. People for industrial doors in the use of function and safety requirements are also increasing. Therefore, the research and design of industrial door is of great significance. On the basis of extensive reading of literature and investigation, this paper develops and designs industrial multi-segment lifting doors according to the needs of large factories and industrial equipment. In this paper, the design of industrial multi-segment lifting gate is introduced in detail, and the SolidWorks software of 3D CAD system based on Windows is used to design the structure. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the main force components of the industrial multi-segment lifting door, so that it can meet the design requirements. This article mainly has the following several aspects of research work. According to the requirements of technical parameters and application functions of industrial doors, a new type of industrial multi-segment lifting door is designed, and its working principle, product function and structure design of main components are introduced. In this paper, the door system, track system, balance system, sealing system, transmission system and hardware fittings of multi-segment lifting door are analyzed and designed in detail. And use SolidWorks software to draw its three-dimensional part model diagram and the overall assembly drawing. At the same time, the power of the door motor, the diameter of the wire rope and the size of the roller shaft are calculated in detail. In addition, after the installation of the multi-segment lifting door, the external force mainly bears the effect of the wind load. Therefore, the anti-wind pressure performance of the door plate is analyzed by finite element method to make it meet the requirements of the anti-wind load. On the basis of the original mechanism, the blackout treatment mechanism is improved, and the blackout treatment mechanism is more simple and reliable after the design. In this paper, the balance system is analyzed and designed, and the stiffness, maximum torque and maximum torsion angle of the lifting torsion spring are calculated in detail by using the theoretical method, and the relevant parameters of the lifting torsion spring are determined. In addition, the torsion spring shaft is the key component of the balance system. The diameter of the torsion spring shaft is designed by strength and stiffness conditions, and the finite element analysis of the torsion spring shaft is carried out to verify the feasibility of the torsion spring shaft design. In this paper, the industrial door control system is introduced in detail. The control system is the core of the industrial multi-segment lifting door. The PLC is used to accurately control the opening and closing degree of the industrial multi-segment lifting door, and the flow chart of the control system is drawn. In addition, the main control unit, power supply unit, control sensor and other electrical components are selected and designed. This article also makes the corresponding research and the design to the other auxiliary function. In the summary and prospect, this paper puts forward a further prospect for the research and design of industrial door, and hopes to further study the industrial door from the aspects of industrial door lifting form, door panel material and control in the following work.
